David researched what we were looking for and took us several days to show us around. We decided it was not the right time. The following year, we took up the search again, with the same result. There were no complaints from David – NONE! Then COVID hit, our kids needed us to help with the grandkids, and we pulled the trigger. We had continued to look and had pretty much decided on the place we wanted. David showed us some houses, but we finally determined our next home on our own. However, we asked David to be our “Buyer’s Agent” to ensure we didn’t make a huge mistake in the purchase. He did not disappoint.
