We initially decided to work with Cam because of his involvement in the Joshua Tree area realtors group and his long standing ties to the community. We couldn't have been more please in how this worked out for us in the end. Our process was quick and Cam was supportive every step, often encouraging us to think through our buyer strategy (saving us a lot!). He was great on negotiations and really felt like he was your advocate. The closing was a breeze with Cam and his team, they were on top of everything. As we were two hours away, it was great to be able to have Cam there to check on property repairs during escrow etc. Can't recommend Cam and his team enough. Experiencia fantástica: At the End of May my family received a phone call with a personal emergency. This emergency required a much larger home a lot faster than we originally planned. Truthfully, I had no idea what to look for only number of rooms and a price range. I had spoke with a few other realtors and although sweet were not there for our best interests. When I met Cam he was honest more importantly transparent about the homes we were interested in. He picked a house that met every requirement we had within our budget. AMAZING! He taught me what to look for when purchasing and didn’t make me feel less-than for not knowing anything about real estate. That’s a win! The staff is friendly they communicate very well and I love that they stay in touch and are always there if you have any questions or concerns. We will definitely choose them again in the future whether we sell or buy a new home. Best piece of advice I could give somebody purchasing their first house and not knowing anything about real estate. Talk to more than one real estate agent find the person that can help you with your needs and that is transparent with you through the whole process. From start to finish, Cam was amazing, responsive, helpful and informative. With very short notice he had properties lined up to view, even when other realtors said it couldn't be done. During later negotiations, he absolutely adhered to his fiduciary responsibility and took care of my financial interests over his own when it came to repairs.
