Experiencia negativa: I called and someone answered by the name of Karen answered the phone… I asked how many properties they may have available and she sounded very stressed and over stimulated. I feel like she was giving me the run around she said she would return my call and never did. Very disingenuous and very unprofessional!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessie and the entire team at Inspire Property Management represent the absolute gold standard in professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity. They are exactly what you hope for in a property management company but rarely find. Throughout our tenancy, communication was clear and immediate. Maintenance requests were consistently addressed on the same or next day, with issues resolved correctly the first time rather than temporarily patched. The move-out process—often a point of contention in California—was refreshing in its transparency. There were no surprise fees, no attempts to withhold funds for normal wear and tear, and our deposit was returned promptly without dispute. We were genuinely disappointed to leave, simply because the management experience was so exceptional and stress-free. If you see a home listed by Inspire, secure it immediately; you will be in excellent hands. Thank you again to Jessie and the team! We hope to see you again.

Every single person that we spoke to during the process was so incredibly professional, kind and most importantly HUMAN. The team at Inspire really live up to the name, as you can tell that every single one of them is passionate about what they do and they are all truly beautiful human beings. Experiencia negativa: The owners and the realty company worked together to deny pest removal services for a number of years before they got the request line on their website. The old owner of the property came by before they were selling and ignored my in person requests and said because they could not actively see rodents there was no problem. They also tried to hold off buying ac in the summer until the older owner sold the property. That is dirty business. They also entered another neighbors property without her permission. She luckily had cameras in her home. Think twice.

Before we even lived in the area, they helped us find the exact home we were looking to rent and contacted me right away when one came available. We lived in our rental for 3 years. Jesse was always super responsive with maintenance and admin issues and flexible in regards to my family life. He did not want to intrude and was never a nuisance. They worked hard to mediate and support both us as renters and the owner of the home. When we had to move out unexpectedly due to owner of the home wanting to sell, he was sure to communicate with us as soon as he had information and worked to make sure we were taken care of in a professional way. He was able to give us "bad news" in a professional and caring way that didn't paint anyone in a bad light. Inspire truly feels like a small, family business that cares for their own.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been renting from Inspire for 6 years now. They are always on top of stuff. We have needed to have several items in the house fixed over the years and everytime they have taken care of it immediately. They occasionally need access to the house to check smoke alarms and CO2 alarms and they are super professional and courteous. The online payment and service request portal is awsome and easy to use. You can even pay with a credit card if needed. Happy to have them in our corner as the go between with the homeowner and would recommend them to someone looking to rent a house and homeowners looking to have a property management company handle their house.

Experiencia negativa: Do not use if you are a landlord! Complete negligence on issues that I am paying this company to handle. No communication, lies, excuses, and now looking at thousands in back rent that was never reported to me prior to COVID. I also trusted them with list pricing and found out I was being shorted $300-$400 a month on rent. Having to take legal action now on them and the tenant. Waste of 3 years with this company! Landlords DO NOT USE!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ll start from the beginning with this company, they got me in soooo quick which I was super grateful for because if they didn’t I literally would’ve been homeless until I found a place in the area! After about 3 months of moving in I had a leak and they came to look at it at a convenient time FOR ME not them which is super important to me! Next month I’ll be at this property for a year now and I think I’ve locked myself out about three times and once Jesse came like at 2am to give me the spare key so shoutout to you Jesse I didn’t forget and I’m sorry again lol last but not least I’m in the medical field so when Covid first hit I was one of the “lucky“ ones to get it and unemployment never approved me so I was unable to pay my rent for a while and they totally understood and let me pay when I could! I’m more than grateful for them and plan on staying here as long as I’m working here in the desert! Thank you inspire realty I highly recommend! ❤️

We had used another property management company in the desert to manage our home and their sheer negligence cost us tens of thousands of dollars to remediate. The Inspire team took over and took a huge weight off our shoulders. They offered solutions that were fair and fiscally responsible. They created a maintenance plan to spread expenses across the year and were proactive when situations arose. When it was time to sell, that same exceptional service got us through a pain free closing. They deserve every accolade and I will forever recommend them to anyone in the Hi Desert looking for someone that will have their best interests at heart.

Karen, Jessie, and Taylor (as well as everyone else there) addressed all our questions prior to signing the rental agreement. While renting, the system to report issues and pay rent worked very well. It is a very user friendly interface. The team can still be reached by phone when needed. When maintenance was needed they were fast to act. We had a great time renting from them and would recommend for anyone interested to rent in the area to look to Inspire first!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the opportunity to rent a beautiful and spacious home during my 3 year stay in the 29 Palms area. Spacious properties are pretty hard to come by, but they didn't disappoint with the property based on my requested needs. The staff from the Inspire Realty Company were friendly and courteous from day one. There were regular visits annually for maintenance and upkeep with no extra costs and if I ever had an issue, noticed they were very responsive and addressed my needs quickly. If ever I have to return to the area to stay, I will certainly return to Inpsire Realry for my housing needs.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are a homeowner or a tenant, there's no doubt where to go for all your real estate needs. These guys are FANTASTIC! Here is my story: These guys have been managing my rental property in Yucca Valley, CA for some time now. A week or two ago, I made the brain dead mistake of ordering some stuff online and had it inadvertently shipped to my rental unit. How did that happen yeah? Well, I contacted Taylor who works at Inspire Realty and she actually picked up the 3 boxes that were shipped to the tenant (again my mistake) and took the time to deliver them to me. Holy Moly that's an hour drive each way!!!! Thank you Taylor for going out of your way to help me. It came completely at your expense and solely for my benefit. Wow.....now that's impressive!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service by any standard, these people are friendly, genuinely intent on helping, prompt, and 100% on their follow through with any property issues. When I was new to the area and looking for a place to live, almost all managers never returned calls, emails, or even requests to see a specific property. I don't what I would have done without Inspire. Do not waste your time with any other property manager in the Morongo Basin.

Experiencia negativa: This company's rental property management seems to be hit and miss. Taylor Dittmer, the property management assistant, seems passive aggressive. Sometimes she is on the ball but most times, she has an excuse for everything and/or acts like she forgot. Don't expect perfection from this company. BTW, have you seen the 5-star review Taylor gave Inspire on google? I guess they'll do anything to raise their profile. There is plenty room for improvement here! Beware.
