Innovate Commercial Real Estate

Experiencia fantástica: We were referred to Charlie Cummings with Innovate Commercial Real Estate to sell our retail/office property in Golden, CO, which included a liquor store business, and we're so glad we were. The buyer was using SBA financing, which brought hurdle after hurdle. Charlie handled every one of them. He kept the deal moving, explained each issue in plain terms, and always had a plan for what came next. What stood out most was his responsiveness. Every call, text and email got a quick answer, and we never had to wonder where things stood. There were moments when we weren't sure the deal would make it to the finish line, but Charlie's persistence and experience got it there. If you're selling commercial property, especially a deal with complicated financing, we can't recommend Charlie enough.

Experiencia fantástica: As a real estate professional, I only refer my clients to agents who I know will get the job done, and Charlie proved exactly why he’s my go-to partner. I referred a liquor store business and property owner to Charlie for an off-market deal. It turned out to be an incredibly complex transaction with several high-hurdle challenges along the way. Charlie showed incredible patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills to keep both sides moving forward. Where others would have walked away, he dug in and got it closed. If you need an agent who actually gets tough deals across the finish line, Charlie is your guy.

Experiencia fantástica: Charlie is an absolute professional and an outstanding asset to have in your corner. We had actually discussed 5646 S Gibraltar Way in Centennial about nine months before we formally engaged. When the business closed, timing became critical, and I wanted to handle the sale quietly and off-market rather than publicly listing the property. Charlie immediately put together a comprehensive Broker Opinion of Value that gave us a clear understanding of the market. Throughout the process, we communicated frequently, and as a broker myself, I really appreciated his approach. What impressed me most was his network and ability to leverage existing relationships. Despite the tight constraints of an off-market transaction, he was able to bring a highly qualified buyer to the table and keep the process moving. Charlie’s proactive approach, industry connections, and professional execution made a real difference. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

I wouldn't be where I am without his drive, support, expertise, localized knowledge & resources. If you are anything like me, it might take you a day or a week possible to follow up on something like a professional referral. Well, thankfully I didn't even have to wait for myself to proceed. Charlie hit me up a day later for a discovery call to find out exactly what kind of space I was looking for, what were the make or break criteria I was going to need in and what areas of town were the most important for my potential business site.
