Experiencia fantástica: I have known Heidi since 2014. Over this time she has helped me search for numerous houses to buy as well as sell my home. Experiencia fantástica: For most of us, buying and selling a home is something you do only a handful of times. When you have the duty to sell the family home, after the death of a parent, it all seems a daunting task. Thank goodness for Heidi. She held the hand of my Brother and I as we spent months renovating, staging and clearing out 47 years of living. Her communication was excellent, prompt, and reassuring. She answered all of our panicked calls and questions as we moved toward closing. She got us top dollar for my parent's home, in less than 2 weeks on the market. I highly recommend Heidi for all your real estate needs. We will use her again.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Heidi. Her knowledge, can do attiitude.. And helping us meet our deadlines was amazing. Thank you for helping us find out dream home!!! Recommending you to all our family and friends ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Heidi is an outstanding realtor to work with. We were in a time crunch to sell our home and she had an offer (one of many) for us within the first 24 hours of listing our property. She was always readily available to talk and answer any questions or concerns we had. She advised us on choosing the best possible offer for our house which far exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: If at all possible please save yourself and realtor time by avoiding doing business with her. She had my realtor write many things into our contract so I could obtain a home she was selling. After disregarding all time frames and emails we eventually had to move on. Unfortunately this review came solely from a professional lack of courtesy on her behalf ,as we have had numerous homes not work out during our search. Although this was the first time I’ve had this type of interaction with a listing agent. I know buying and selling can be tough but having the right people can make all the difference. Take your time and search for the people who truly care to take you seriously.

Experiencia fantástica: Heidi is the very BEST that there is....She is my one an only referral source...:)

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had some unique needs when searching for our perfect home. Heidi worked her magic and was able to secure us our dream home. Heidi is hardworking and down to Earth. My husband and I both work full time and Heidi always worked around our schedule and into the night to make things happen for us. Heidi will go to bat for you and always has your best interests in mind. She is extremely knowledgable in all things real estate and will give her honest thoughts and opinions. We appreciate you, Heidi! ~ Heather & Larry D.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a realtor who goes above and beyond, look no further. Heidi takes on fewer clients so she can focus on providing awesome service. We were concerned that our house, which was horse property located in a very rural area, would be tough to sell. Heidi made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't, like placing an ad in a horse-lover magazine. She made a sizable investment into selling the property (time and effort, as well as financially). Heidi was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, professional and honest and treated us as though we were her only clients. She was involved every step of the way, from helping us find contractors for inspection items to bringing us a carload of boxes. In the end we got top dollar for the property and were able to put a nice down payment on the new place she found us. Again, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Heidi was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have 16 years experience in the mortgage industry, and a proud partner of Heidi. Her professionalism, attention to detail and communication is awesome. I would highly recommend Heidi if your in need of a superstar Realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Heidi really listened to what we wanted. She didn’t push us towards homes or areas that we knew we didn’t want to be in. She found us exactly what we wanted. The process of finding and making an offer on the house was smooth and simple, all thanks to Heidi.

Experiencia fantástica: Having Heidi "on our team" during a very unique and stressful situation gave us such a peace of mind. She was friendly, knowledgeable, always accessible, and professional. Thank you Heidi for all you did. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: We have worked with Heidi twice in purchasing and selling. Both amazing experiences! Heidi was wonderful, prompt, and assertive during our house search and purchasing process. She is stellar at communicating and ensuring everything was seamless. She is an excellent resource, advocate, and has a great knowledge of the real estate in the Denver area. She kept us informed, and on schedule for a quick and closing both times. I highly recommend Heidi!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and diligent in getting things done!

Experiencia fantástica: There are a lot of options in the Real Estate Agent market, and with the internet, it feels like there are so many DIY options. You go on a site, find the house you want, and then what do you do? Is it actually a good deal? Some things need fixing, who is a good person to get that done? Can it even be fixed? Which lender actually has the best deals and won't fail and cost me the property? Where does it make sense to invest for the best ROI? Home purchased, but what do I do for insurance? ^This is the stuff you don't even know you need until you need it. This, and the fact that Heidi is aggressive as hell in getting you the best deal on or for your dream. A lot of agents who are more focused on getting to the close and getting paid than they are about you getting the best deal you can get. If you want any agent, go with one of them; If you want an advocate, go with DeLuca.

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience with Heidi so far has been phenomenal. Her in depth analysis of the market has given us piece of mind that we have found our realtor in Colorado. Her commitment to us us commendable. Thank you Heidi.

She seeks to create win-win outcomes, and is always available when needed. I would certainly be excited to work together on another deal with Heidi!

Experiencia fantástica: Heidi is amazing! One of the things that really stands out about her is how much she really cares about each one of her clients and her partners. Heidi has developed a very solid group of partners that she consistently works with. Having that in place, she is able to take her clients from the beginning of the process of buying or selling through to completion with trusted partners that will take care of her clients in the same way she cares for them. I consider Heidi to be reliable, trustworthy, honest and above all one of the most sincere and authentic people I know. You’re definitely in GREAT hands with her!
