His lack of transparency and honesty is deeply concerning. He is not trustworthy, does not keep his word, and consistently displays dishonest behavior. I had high standards for what I wanted to buy but also had a small budget and got very busy at times to the point that I would just go MIA. Despite all that, Michael stuck with me for over a year. He'll mention his expansive experience in the industry a few times, but it really doesn't seem like it after losing some negotiations. Throughout the process, he gave lip service to put me at ease, and that’s all he does. Just lip service about how he only works for you, how he will fight for your money, how he values relationships, etc. In the end, I wished I had signed with another agent I had lined up.

With the state of the Denver market being so competitive, we wanted an agent who would quickly act on a property on our behalf and had a strong track record of sealing deals. We did our research and asked for referrals. After a strong referral, we decided to contact Bogar Pilkington’s group to schedule an appointment with an agent. We were immediately contacted by Arnold Tedjokusumo and he was very eager and excited to meet us. Our first meeting with Arnold exceeded our expectations for a real estate agent. He was attentive to our needs, knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile by walking us through the entire buying process and he even scheduled a meeting with a potential lender. He took the time to listen to our concerns, provide feedback on best practices when finding a home, educated us on the current market, and he answered ALL of our questions during the meeting and encouraged us to ask more! At no point did we ever feel pressured. After talking with him, we felt confident he would be attentive to our needs and would work hard to find the right home for us. When it came to searching for a home, Arnold walked us through his home search process and evaluated our specific needs/wants. Some things that stood out to me were: • She was very knowledgeable about not only the market and home buying process, but many other house-related things as well. For example, we were looking at a combination of new and old homes. In the old homes, we were curious what the cost of renovation would be. Melody knew a lot, from past experiences, about approximate costs, which gave us a better idea of if we wanted to take on the older home. • She was very responsive, even calling us at 10p to keep us updated. • She offered a good combination of holding our hand and letting us make our own choices. She would offer advice, but in a way to let us know that we were the ultimate decision makers. For example, we were trying to decide what would be a good counter offer and she told us what she would do. But then she also added that we really needed to think about how much we wanted the house. I would HIGHLY recommend her.
