Experiencia fantástica: Me and my wife were looking for a house since March and we couldn't seem find anything. I wasn't working with Chris Cucci at the time. So after months of looking with no success and a few misunderstandings with my other realtor, I decided to find another realtor and that's when I came across Chris on Google. After researching Chris's record on every platform I can find, he had 5 stars ratings across the board not just Google. I usually look for the bad reviews and I couldn't find one. With that being said I gave Chris a call and my whole home buying experience changed from that point forward. Chris was able to deliver on every Avenue possible. He put me in touch with a few great lender's and they were able to put me on the loan rather than just my wife alone like previous lender did and it increased our buying power which is what we wanted and needed for the house we were looking for. Chris was able to find us a house we wanted in a matter of weeks and the lender he put me in touch with was able to close on my house in 2weeks YES 2weeks. I couldn't believe it. Chris always answers his phone whenever I had a question and always has a great attitude and I never felt like I was bugging him. Trust me Chris truly has your best interest and his straight forward approach is something you dont find In all realtors. After the first time we spoke with him he made a realize that our dream could become a reality at the position we were in. He made us feel like family immediately. HE WAS JUST AS EXCITED AS WE WERE! He met my parents, he met my husbands parents. He is now considered a family member.
