Regarding my home purchase the expectation of excellence doubled. A home purchase is by far the most important business decision you will ever make. Therefore, slacking, miscommunication and mistakes cannot be tolerated. Now it was time for Ms. Camille Harris to come under my criteria of excellence “doubled.” It is with tremendous pleasure for me to start explaining my home buying experience as 200% EXCELLENT! It was very important for me that my realtor listen to my need, lifestyle and desire regarding my home purchase. During my initial consultation Ms. Harris first and foremost listened to everything I was telling her without interruption. Once I finished, Ms. Harris recapped what she heard to confirm we were on the same page. This is hugely important; “how many times have you told someone something and they completely misunderstood what you said?” Ms. Harris didn’t rush my consultation or get distracted with other things.
