Experiencia fantástica: l met Jack as a referral from a friend who recently moved to the Chicago area, who found him through a work colleague, as I was voluntarily relocating with permission from my employer, but had no idea where to start with the entire process. I hadn't had to purchase a house outside of a company relocation for a couple of decades. Jack made the process easy - he sent me lists of homes he thought I'd be interested in, showed me houses and condos relevant to what I was looking for and in my price range and tastes, in the area I was looking for. I actually made an offer on a property I really liked after just a handful of showings. I closed on that townhouse very recently, and love it - it suits my needs and wants perfectly, and is in a great area in Orland Park. A few months before we listed our house, we met with Jack, and he told us what we should update (i.e.paint all the trim white and update all the doors) and what we could leave alone. He also connected us with a painter. It took us a couple of months, but we followed Jack's directions. He brought in a photographer that made out home look outstanding. Experiencia negativa: I called this people twice to get market valuation for the house. First time they said $375 or $190 depending on how many pages I need. Second time they said they charge $500 for such a service. Market valuation doesn't even require appraisal. I finally called other business and ,on my surprise, I've got it for free. Usually it is charged between $60-75. I do not expect free service from anyone, but still,the same as market valuation gives reasonable price for property, I expect to get reasonable price for appropriate service too. That's what makes difference between professionals and serious people and others.

We decided that we were going to build a house, but first we had to sell the townhouse in Orland Park that we called home. We chose to list our property with Jack because of his experience and expertise in the Orland Park market. We sat down and met with Jack in person at our townhome.
