Experiencia negativa: Anna was nice but significantly guided me to undersell $ my property. I trusted her as this happened while I was out of state. She assured me this contract was the one to take as they had a majority cash offer due to cancelling their wedding due to pandemic. The buyer happened to be another real estate agent which I was told later of course, closer to closing. I would not be surprised if they knew each other. I also paid them each 3 percent, so the buyer of my home received a 3 percent payment for a home she purchased for herself and my agent Anna withheld this info and didn’t even ensure I knew to be able to negotiate the percentage. Anna did not have my best interest at heart. Very disappointing experience.
