We are a military family, and timing is extremely important for us. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It took 15 days just to take photos and list the property on the website. Because we were in such a rush, I even sent my own photos to try to speed up the process. Additionally, we referred three potential tenants who were seriously interested in renting the house. No one from the office responded to them or provided us with any updates. We also did not receive any communication from Andy regarding the status of these leads. The lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through was extremely frustrating. We are very disappointed with the overall service.

I think, off the top of my head, if one particular instance when the A/C of the property gave out due to an extremely hot Georgia summer heat wave. Not only did Andy quickly have guys over to fix the unit, but in the day or so between being able to secure maintenance, he came over himself and installed two massive window units that cooled the entire house.
