Though she gave us a realistic expectation that our home was at a price point that may take longer to sell, it was a done deal within 72 hours. The market changed overnight and a sellers market ensued. We were temporarily living with our Son near Frederick. We wanted to downsize into one level living, we needed a big garage for the toys and we wanted unrestricted land. That scenario meant there were even less homes that checked our boxes to choose from. Experiencia fantástica: Cheryl Yates has sold two homes for us, both with stunning results. We listed our first home with Cheryl on December 30th, 2019. It hit the MLS on January 3rd. We had two showings, one resulting in a purchase offer on January 18th. We closed on February 21st. 15 days to get a purchase offer. 34 days to close. We listed our second home with Cheryl on July 3rd, 2020. It hit the MLS on July 6th. We had 25 showings in the first TWO days. We received FIVE offers on the THIRD day, after Cheryl issued a “highest and best notification”. We closed July 22nd. Cheryl sold our second home in 15 days. Let me repeat that. Three days to get five purchase offers. 15 days to close. Cheryl's results were simply stunning. She was helpful every step of the way.
