She was available in the evenings and on Saturdays to show me listings that fit my criteria throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley and Eastern Panhandle region. When I finally found the right house and was under contract Laura negotiated with the seller (unlisted for sale by owner) for me, and achieved what seemed was an impossible deal during the current market conditions. I don't believe any other realitor would have managed to get me to closing in my particular case.
