When we had some items to correct after the inspection, she used her contacts to arrange for the repairs when it was difficult to arrange help on our schedule. Even when we had a hiccup in the begining, through no fault of hers, she worked through the process. We found that anytime her name was mentioned, people only had good things to say about her.
