Experiencia fantástica: My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Brian and we can't express how thankful we are for making that choice. Brian knows the west metro area better than anyone else. He asked all the right question and spent several late nights and weekends working his tail off to help us get to the finish line. He was extremely knowledgable of the area, architecture of the home, and the overall negotiation/buying process. Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Brian and his team to both buy and sell and highly recommend them! Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the condition of homes we toured and made the home-buying experience pain-free. He and his team were very responsive and helped us get an offer accepted on a house within the first week of touring! He was also great at keeping stress to a minimum with the sale of our older home, giving recommendations for what we should do to get it ready to sell and providing us with professional contractors to take care of smaller projects prior to listing. Thank you, Brian and Corbin!

Experiencia fantástica: We can’t thank Brian enough for making our first home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable! From the start of our home search this spring, he was always available and ensured we could tour homes on our schedule (which was tough given we both worked 5 days a week downtown). During our home search, Brian consistently took the time to explain the condition of each home we visited (and there were quite a few!), making sure our needs and wants were always prioritized. When we finally found the home we really wanted, Brian expertly guided us through the negotiation process, ensuring we fully understood each step (which was new to us). He also connected us with an excellent financing partner, a reliable contractor when we really needed one before close, and even landscapers to help us settle in after the sale. Experiencia fantástica: Brian Scates & Adam Darula are your textbook perfect realtors - professional, timely, responsive, easy to understand, thorough, honest, and transparent. They helped navigate the entire journey as first-time homebuyers. Whenever we expressed concerns about a property's layout, location, condition, or price, they helped reassure us that the right location and home would come within our preferred budget, and we could find a home that we'd be able to make our own. We also later sold the same property with the Scates Real Estate Team when we were relocating out of state - we had a ton of competitive offers and were able to accept an offer above our asking price within a couple of days of putting the townhome on the market. Thank you Brian Scates and Scates Real Estate Team for all of your help! You helped us purchase AND sell our first home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Brian is a great agent who definitely goes the extra mile to help his clients! Home buying/selling can be stressful, and Brian has a fantastic team of professionals to help you every step of the way. We definitely felt at ease knowing that our home was beautifully represented in photo/video for our listing - it got lots of showings and sold in less than two weeks. The purchase of our new home went very smoothly as well, and we are so glad to be settling in!

Brian lined up all the contractors we needed, got bids and scheduled the jobs. We had the home in perfect shape within two weeks. We had multiple list price offers in one day on the market. I’ve never seen a more resourceful realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: We chose Brian as our realtor to find our first home. He was an absolute pleasure to work with as a beginner. Brian and his team work hard for their clients day in and day out. I won't hesitate to contact him when we are ready for our next move in the twin cities

Experiencia fantástica: Brian is a professional in every sense of the word. He is 110% devoted to his clients, willing to help them with obstacles and personal hang ups that would otherwise prevent them from successful home selling. In my case he stood by for over a year waiting for me to make up my mind. I didn’t really like him at first but that’s because I misunderstood his way of being. He was aware of this, put it aside and still was willing to work with me after a year. That’s pretty amazing. When the work did start it moved very fast and last minute obstacles like removing a well pump were handled swiftly. The home was sold before it ever made it to MLS listing. Very impressive. I could even held out for better offers but I just wanted out of the nightmare I was in. Now I have moved on with my life, having more peace and freedom. Without Brian’s help, the last piece of the puzzle would be stuck fast. Many thanks and blessings
