Meraki Property Management & Consulting, LLC

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of working with Monica Parrish of Miraki Property Management while going over my application, rules and policies at one of the properties they manage. I found her to be professional, efficient, organized and well versed in her business. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything went over and patient in answering any questions that came up during this time. She appears to be very busy with her position, however with the occasional interruptions of our time together she never faulted on either politely asking me is she could take this call or answer this text or simply silencing the phone. If you are fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Monica I believe you will the same wonderful experience that I have which will calm yourself knowing that this person really has your best interest in mind. Experiencia fantástica: Monica was very pleasant and professional. She was very thorough with explaining any questions or concerns I had. When I viewed the property she was dealing with an emergency at one of the rentals she managed. She was very willing to explain to me what I needed to know and had her husband's help with walking through the property so she could tend to the other issue she had. He did a good job making sure to look at anything I had a question with and giving me any info I needed. Things changed for my situation and I decided not to rent. I feel that they would have been great landlords to work with. I would have rented from them if the need had continued for me. They both left a very good impression and showed true and genuine concern about the property and renters. It was a very pleasant experience working with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Monica is truly great at what she does. We were looking at renting in excelsior for my daughter and she was very helpful. She reached out again a month later to give me some additional information and when I called her back a few days later she was very polite, kind and caring. Thanks so much

Experiencia fantástica: Monica with Meraki Property management has been great to work with! I used to manage my own properties for over 20 years and with all the new rental laws and digital marketing and leasing i couldn’t be happier with Meraki. Monica is responsive, did a great job on leasing. She is easy to work with and gave me options on repairs.

Experiencia fantástica: Monica was an absolute pleasure to work with! As someone who used to work in the industry, it’s hard finding a trustworthy and reliable property manager when looking for single family homes. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a homeowner considering renting out my home for the first time. Monica took a significant amount of time explaining the process, and answering my questions. She provided honest, straight-forward, substantive information to me based on her 25+ years in the business - and did so without a pushy sales pitch. If you're looking for a property management company that you can trust, I highly recommend Meraki Property Management!

Experiencia fantástica: The management team is very helpful and caring. Everything has been fixed in a timely manner. The building we live in is old but the windows have been updated and it's nice because of the number of windows. It doesn't feel like an apartment and is nice and full of light as well as quiet.

Experiencia fantástica: Great apartment. Quiet community. Friendly and responsive care takers. I always love coming home to my apartment! Grounds and building are very well maintained and clean! I Have loved living here for the past 5 years. Monica has always been informative, supportive, considerate of any maintenance request, questions or concerns I have. She is always very responsive and professional. Ive never had a problem they couldn't rectify. Maintenance and work orders are easy to submit online with specifics and description. Response time is appreciably within 2 days or sooner depending on the request. The work is assessed well, completed effectively and they are always very courteous and kind. Thanks to the hard work and extreme effort Meraki & care takers put into making sure we are safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Meraki Property Management!

Experiencia negativa: My previous 3 star review was removed so I am adding a new review with one star to highlight my full experience. I hired this company for tenant placement. The two who worked with me were Monica and Jen. Both seemingly friendly and professional on the surface. However, they did not deliver on their end of the contract as they stated that would. I was placed with a tenant, and provided a lease, yet no background check, no credit check, no income or reference verification information. Nothing more was provided to me. Once I began having issues with the tenant violating the lease agreement I reached out for these documents with no response from either person. I am disappointed with this service and hope they make some improvements. 10/30/23 - thank you for your response to my review. Self management was not difficult. The way Meraki conducted business up front was not done in a professional way so this fact alone set me up to be unsuccessful. However, I was able to make it through. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Monica has been helping take care of our rental property in Carver county for more than a year, and it has been a wonderful experience! Thank you so much for your great service!

Experiencia fantástica: Monica is the greatest! In a very hard time in my life she was very compassionate and helpful. Anytime I come to her with an issue she is good at helping resolve the issue.

Experiencia fantástica: I had great communication with Monica and was able to get a tour right away. I appreciated their quick responses!

Experiencia fantástica: Meraki Property Management has been the best rental managing team that I have had in the past three years. I currently rent an apartment that has been through three rental management companies in three years. This has been a challenging process for most of the tenants that remain living at these apartments. When Meraki Property started managing last year, their team was great. Monica Parrish and the whole team was very responsive to emails, did great at keeping tenants informed of changes, and quick to fix maintenance issues. I would recommend Meraki Property Management, as they are great at managing rental properties.

Experiencia fantástica: Monica has been the most understanding, patient, and kind manager I have ever had and I really appreciate how she works with you on making payments if needed and listens to what you say and does try her best to help in any way she can I am forever thankful for getting a manager like her!

Experiencia fantástica: Meraki has been such a breath of fresh air after our last management company! Things are getting done to fix up our property, there’s consistent and timely communication, and Monica and Jen have just been so friendly! My building has been managed by three different companies within my first year here, and I would boldly say Meraki has been the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Monica was quick to reply to all my questions. She is very easy to talk with and flexible with any challenge. I look forward to working with her and Jen when we finally decide to rent out our home.

Experiencia fantástica: Was looking for someone to quickly transition my home to a rental place after I moved out. Am pretty impressed with how quickly Meraki turned this around. From dealing with vendors ( for paint, repairs, etc) to finding a tenant, to keeping the communication going - they handled things well.

Experiencia fantástica: Monica with Meraki is fantastic to work with. She has a lot of experience and information to provide to new owners.

Experiencia fantástica: Monica is awesome to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: The dedication and work ethic of the staff makes all the difference here! Professionalism is in everything, and the passion is too. Highly recommend!
