Experiencia negativa: Horrible company, any positive review is most likely a fake review. calling it a scam company would be a compliment. Do not waste your time dealing with Myrna Hernandez, go above her if you are having problems getting your deposit. She will try to cheat you but thats why there are laws in place for people like her who try to take advantage of an already stressful situation.... Update: Thank God, for keeping updated records, pictures , text messages, and emails. Once again we always paid are bills, and had pictures that the place was left in better condition than received. and she tried to say no deposit was ever paid (we had proof of that, so got it rightfully returned) so once again, BE AWARE when reading through there fake reviews. Since than have dealt with many pleasant management companies so avoid this one like a plague.

Experiencia fantástica: In response to postings from Lamboy and Medina. I am part owner in many of the properties that Myrna manages for us. There is no benefit for me to waste my time in making a comment on this posting other then to set some facts straight. We take the ownership in our properties extremely serious as one would believe obvious given the intense capital investment required. I have no interest in dialogue with these past tenants but would like to set the record straight for anyone considering Myrna as a property manager. Once again, Myrna works for us hence there is little value we would gain by posting the following comments. 1. While these tenants (seems that the two posting are from same property at the same time) from our records seemed to have paid all their rents on time, however, the condition of the property at the end of the lease did not match our records of how it was given (remember walk throughs are done with tenant before and after and signed by tenant). To set the record straight, Myrna's job is to preserve the landlords property. She does not make the decision on escrows, we do as landlords and it is her duty to follow her contractual obligation or we would no longer employ her. Our experience with her in regards to making sure that each and every property is returned as it was given has been stellar. Moreover all lease contracts REQUIRE walk through so tenants making claims about issues at departure are suspect and more times than not are filled with fraud. 2. In regards to timely repairs. All our properties are tracked on the portal. Every request from a tenant is time stamped. In this case, it would be best to prove the time stamp of request and time of repair and what transpired in between otherwise any tenant could fabricate when issues arise and how timely we were on repair. I will note once again and by the rule of law every repair is approached immediately and repaired as quick as possible. Any logical mind would discredit the postings as erroneous as this comes down to a he said she said argument. Hence to protect all properties we request that all communications are done through email. 3. We absolutely have compassion for struggling families and have on several occasions tried to help however tenants should understand it is not the property managers right to decide on rents, the landlord makes all cash based decisions. If Myrna were to take those decisions without our consent she would not be fulfilling her duty as a property manager to us. So once again the posting has no relevance to Myrna, moreover a tenant enters into a binding agreement to pay a fixed rent every month, I am not sure how this would be different than paying your mortgage. Finally, it brings us sadness for people to post inaccurate information about an individual we have known for several years and who runs her business to the highest standards. Myrna is not just a good business person, she is a women of honesty, compassion and professionalism. Does she make mistakes? surely we all do. Has she ever shown us lack of professionalism or care? never. We hope this posting will help others in their decision making process in regards to MH Management.

When Hurricane Irma was approaching they made sure to have a company scheduled to put the shutters up AND taken down. All landlord covered repairs are taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been dealing with MH management for the past 2 1/2 years and they’ve always been very fair firm and professional. As for Myrna and Nikki in the office from monthly payments to a major or Minor repair. I reported a small repair on the online portal where the tenant links to MH management directly had a small leak in my kitchen and Nikki had replied and made a report and had someone out the next day to review and record the repair and within the end of the week had a repair man come out and repair the leak (which parts were replaced) the hurricane came last September..I had them charge me the installation fee and removal fee and had someone come out 3days prior the hurricane coming they were working around the clock getting all of their tenents serviced as fast and safely as possible with there beinging a shortage of either help or materials at the hardware store they still went to the next step at got it done and my family and I were secure! as long as MH management is in charge I will gladly stay here. Just because some people can’t conduct themselves as mature responsible adults then wanting to blame someone else for their own actions and faults doesn’t mean they’re a bad company. Experiencia negativa: My husband and I with our 2 kids were recently living in a rental property managed by MH management Solutions. We had lived at this property since January 2013. MH Management became our property managers Fall of 2015. It has been the WORST experience ever. We had a leaky AC as well as a running toilet from October 22nd 2014 that the previous owner never fixed. When MH took over we were contacted by their handyman to set up a day and time to review what repairs needed to be done. That meeting was set up 4 times and every time was a no show. We repeatedly called and no answer. We sent a message through their portal as well as pictures of the damage the AC had done and not once did they show any concern. The problem was so horrible that mold had accumulated throughout the house. There were weeks that we had no AC at all. We needed fans all through out the house. It was so humid and hot. My kids were so uncomfortable and were constantly getting sick. It was unbearable to be home. We needed at least 5 buckets under the AC unit because the leaks were unpredictable. The ceiling began to drop! I took pictures and videos of absolutely everything! DO NOT expect any repairs from them! They were our property managers for about 6 months and DID not lift a finger to repair one thing. Myrna is a very nasty individual to converse with and will try intimidation to try to get you to sign a lease. She also wanted to tell me an example of individual who not sign the lease. Not professional at all. She also has a habit of trying to discredit those who write reviews on the company. No surprise there. We moved out due to the negligence of this company and made it a point to let them know as to why we were leaving. Our last month was January 2016. Today is March 3rd and they have yet to give us our security deposit. When my husband contacted them in regards to our security deposit he was told they needed to deduct from it! A home that we left in better condition than how we received aside from the damage that occurred due to their negligence! They were supposed to send him an email with the details of each deduction and they never did but they LIED and said they did! My husband has been calling them and they have ignored his phone calls. He called five times today from his cell phone and there was no answer. He then called from another number and that call was immediately answered! Goes to show the "Professionalism". He was then told that he would receive a call back. Well he was called back only to be told that they were taking ALL of our money and then some! They are absolute thieves. We should not be stolen from due to the negligence of this company! Before we left that house my mother and myself got on our hands and knees to leave the house clean. We cleaned every single room thoroughly. We did not leave this property is disarray, there were no broken appliances, no holes in the walls. On the contrary when we received this home there were missing closet doors as well as ones that were off the hinges with no hardware,stains on the walls in every room, and the bathroom floor was black in each shower! Do not trust this company whatsoever! Myrna portrays to care online but she is a snake in real life. (I will be waiting for that discrediting response by the way!) They do not care about their tenants. They will not care if you have a house full of mold with a ceiling that is ready to fall on your head. They will not care if you have children who can get injured. They will not care if you are a family struggling to make ends meet. They will steal your money anyways. They will not care if you did not cause the problem and are not at fault. They WILL however make sure you pay for it!

Experiencia negativa: By far the worst property manager i ever dealt with. They are rude, liars, and very shady....Its been over a month and still waiting for the deposit (Property was left 100% better than we got it). They avoid calls, so you need to call from a different phone number so you can get through to them. They say they will email you information but they never do.....Myrna (Is a horrible person to deal with). Nicky is nice and pleasant. If there is any damages that they need to fix they will avoid at all cost to fix it. When they finally do send someone over to fix it...they are not licensed contractors and it shows in there work. Overall if you are dealing with this company avoid them like a plague or you will end up regretting it. Take this as a warning.
