As a student I was having a hard time getting approved for financing and Darren was able to direct me to different lenders to get help and ultimately approved. He walked me through the entire process, and they made sure they were involved until the very end, making sure the builder had tied the house off with a bow before I signed the documents. This included Tina following the builder around the street until he agreed to take care of some ant piles on the back porch… When we went to sell our house, the market was in a less-than-ideal situation, but Darren and Tina were realistic from the start and set great expectations for us. We got multiple offers within the first 30 days of the house being listed, even though there were three of the same model home also listed for sale in the neighborhood. I attribute this to the Morenos’ great connections in the area, their marketing and reach, and also their expertise and knowledge on how much to list the house for. They are friendly, kind, and personable. You walk away feeling like you gained a friend after working with them. 10/10, 5 stars.
