Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group - Lakeland Office

Experiencia negativa: Melissa Ramirez being a email spam queen.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended Connie Young . I have had the privilege of working with her twice and she goes above and beyond. She is an expert in her field and will help you through the whole process. She knows what she’s doing. I would definitely use her again if I’m ever in need of a realtor. Wonderful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Connie Young and Missy Fleeger were outstanding throughout our home purchase. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly worked “hand in glove” as a team. We’re grateful for their guidance and highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: In the past five years, I have worked with Connie and Missy to buy two homes and sell one of them! Both times Connie helped me find my dream home even when I had given up hope! Working with her team takes the guess work out of buying a home. I wouldn’t buy or sell without this wonderful team.

Experiencia fantástica: First off, Natalie Olencamp was extremely patient with my husband and I. We are not known to be easy to work with. We have high standards and expectations. Natalie professionally and politely met and exceeded those expectations. She explained each step in the process effortlessly. Natalie accommodated us from start to finish. She is a plethora of resources as well. We were able to promptly get contacts for work that needed to be done on the home we purchased. We didn’t just use a realtor, we gained a friend!

Experiencia negativa: We were working with Michael and it started off really well. He called every week to check in.. we got an offer on the house and accepted it then the phone call stopped. We had to call him and try to find out any information. We had a closing date. Our new place wasn’t gonna be ready for a couple of weeks after the closing.. So we got a hotel room . The night before we were supposed to close We received an email saying they were lacking a piece of paper. The closing got pushed out another week. Meanwhile, we’re in a hotel our stuff is in storage. Spent 1500 on a hotel when we didn’t have someone dropped the ball. Either you guys the closing company should’ve known that a paper was missing well before the night before. After I left the review that he asked for he has blocked me on phone calls. This is how you guys run your business very unprofessional!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an exceptional experience working with Jason Stone. From start to finish, he was the definition of professionalism—always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us find the right home. What stood out the most was his dedication to going above and beyond. Not only did he guide us through every step of the buying process with clarity and confidence, but he also helped us save money through thoughtful negotiations and smart advice. Even after closing, he continued to be a valuable resource by connecting us with trusted contractors for home projects—something we greatly appreciated as new homeowners. His commitment, attention to detail, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process smooth and enjoyable. We can’t recommend Jason Stone highly enough. If you're looking for someone who is responsive, trustworthy, and absolutely excellent at what they do, look no further. 10/10 across the board.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very happy and highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Tanya Steinbergs was an amazing person to work with. She was able to help us get our property valued and on the market very quickly. The house sold faster than we expected, and she was there every step of the way, making sure that we had all of the information we needed. 10/10 would recommend her and her team to anyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Completely satisfied with the communication, patience and guidance throughout the process.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Originally, we made the mistake of hiring one of those “get cash now” companies and it was a huge waste of time. Stephanie took over and jumped right in. She was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond. We not only sold our home in a tough market but we received multiple offers on our home. Stephanie made this transaction smooth, while we were over 3,000 miles away. Highly recommend Stephanie Mayo!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Stephanie is the most amazing and competent real estate agent I have ever worked with. Being incredibly resourceful she was able to sell our house in a few months under the condition of an extremely challenging sellers' market. Her network, marketing skills and industry knowledge are vast! She found a buyer for us in an entirely different part of the country! They were the perfect family for our old home to love. Using her incredible negotiating skills Stephanie provide win/wins all around for everyone. You will not find another like her, she truly cares!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a local realtor that is very knowledgable in buying and selling then John & Christine Hubbert with BHHS in Lakeland are the people to go to! They helped my parents purchase their new home and it was a breeze.

Experiencia positiva: Personally, I would not have picked Berkshire Hathaway so I'm reluctant to disclose much information. My personal experience with them was through a employee/realtor in the selling of my house. The realtor that I dealt with is the only reason I used BH. The four-star rating I give is for her not the Co.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love BH. My realtor Brandon "the closer" Johnson is top notch and worth every penny. We received and implemented all his advice and our house had a cash offer above the asking price in 6 days!!! His photos and videography for our listing was nothing less than 1st class. He always answered my calls and questions anytime and any day of the week. We love Brandon "the closer" Johnson of BH. You would be blessed if you had the privilege of being a client of his. Thank you Brandon.

Experiencia fantástica: Jason is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with, he was knowledgeable, professional and very personable in every way! He took every necessary measure to get things done and sold our house in a day! I would not use any other realtor for any future real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Jason Stone to talk about selling one of my rental properties. Jason quickly responded and professional discussed the strategies for selling of property. With in one day after listing we had several offers. With Jason's expertise was able to complete all of the transactions and closed quickly even with me being out on vacation traveling. Highly recommend Jason for any and all real estate transactions.

Experiencia fantástica: Would use Chuck again. Quick responses, accurate information, works good with buyers and sellers.

Experiencia fantástica: Choose Jason Stone and you won't be disappointed period...gets the job done as promised!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have known Chuck Hoffman for over 13 years. He is an excellent realtor. We used Chuck’s services when we purchased our property in Lakeland, FL in 2012 and when we sold in 2023. He has always been very prompt to respond to all of our questions and needs with honesty and integrity. Moreover, he is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Florida and is intimately familiar with all the trends (Statewide and locally in Polk County) and what to expect in the evolving real estate market. After about a couple of months of listing our property with him to sell it, and not having received any offers, we asked him if we should lower our asking price. He gave us a very honest answer with our best interest in mind. He told us to be patient and not lower our asking price, that the market was going through some ups and downs and that we should stay firm with our asking price. Sure enough, we receive a very good offer which was above the local average. Further, whenever there were any problems with the transaction, he was there to walk us through it. We highly recommend Chuck Hoffman as a Realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: We could not imagine going through the process of selling our home with anyone but Randy Benton and BHHS.

Experiencia fantástica: It's hard to put into words how great of a Broker Trevor Puskar of the Lakeland office is. His knowledge of and passion for the real estate industry is unparalleled. His unwavering effort to ensure that ALL agents he comes across are successful and professional entrepreneurs is something I truly admire about Trevor. He's selfless, compassionate, gives unwavering support and exemplifies what it means to always be learning and growing as a real estate professional. I owe a lot of my success and growth to Trevor, and I could not be more thankful for the role he has played and continues to play in my career. If you don't know Trevor Puskar, then you should; without a doubt you will be better for it.

Experiencia fantástica: A smooth procedure all the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow!!! Stephanie is the girl you want! She goes above and beyond the call of duty. To make a long story short, we had five houses all stacked like dominoes when we were selling our house in NY and buying our house here in Fl. Our ny relator was not keeping on top of things as he should have been, for two weeks we struggled to get ahold of him or our lawyers HOWEVER, Stephanie all the way down in Florida was working diligently and getting in contact with all the ny relators and lawyers to keep all the deals moving forward a Job of ny relator was supposed to be doing. Stephanie puts all of her into her work for her clients, she is diligent and makes sure you are a priority. She knew we had crazy circumstances and anything that could go wrong was going to but she had a solution to everything that came up and worked around the clock there were times she was sending emails 9 at night and then back at it the very next morning as well. She helped coordinate Airbnbs for us when we left ny to come to fl while we waited for our houses to closes. And when we signed and deals were done she still was looking out for us. Making sure we were settling. Checking to see if we needed anything and even recommending cool things to do with the kids “in case we needed a break from unpacking”. We will never use anyone other than Steph! And we will recommend her to everyone we know. You can’t find a better realtor that knows her stuff and goes above and beyond like her.

Experiencia fantástica: Randy was amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Andrew F suited our personality, was laid back and made time to show us all we asked for on a very tight schedule

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience

Experiencia fantástica: Selling a 20 acre horse farm in a remote area of northwest Florida is no easy task. Having tried other marketing avenues, we were somewhat dejected by the lack of interest in a premier enterprise. Jason Stone and the Berkshire/Hathaway team took those "fears" and laid them aside. We were amazed at the overwhelming response their efforts produced...an outstanding end-result!

Experiencia fantástica: As first time home buyers, the process of buying a home can be overwhelming. When we were first getting in to it, we had no idea what we were doing, where we were going, or what possibilities were even open to us. As soon as we made the call to Katie Smith, everything started coming together very quickly. She not only introduced us to the process of buying a home, but walked us through every step of the process; she explained every step, made sure we understood what we were getting in to and what was needed, always making sure we were comfortable with the direction we were taking, and never letting us proceed with any part of the process without laying everything out for us and involving us in every little step and decision. She listened to our wants and needs, worked very hard to find us a home that fit within our criteria, and gave us every opportunity and tool available to us to present a winning offer to the buyer. In this crazy market, the process of finding and then successfully offering on a home felt daunting, stressful, and often times discouraging...however it felt like Katie was holding our hands and carrying us through the entire experience. We felt like we really had a team working HARD for us, helping us through the whole ordeal. I cannot even imagine what insanity the experience would have been had I not called Katie. We could not have done it without her, she is truly amazing! Thanks to Katie and the rest of the team that worked with us, we will be moving in to our first home this month! We cannot possible say enough positive about Katie and Berkshire Hathaway. We will be recommending you to everyone we come across that is in the market for a home. Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Natalie was amazing. She treated me like her own daughter as she guided me through the crazy market and process. I would not have been able to do it without her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to try and buy.

Experiencia fantástica: Jason helped us get some property and did an excellent job.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to be part of.

Experiencia fantástica: Connie Young has helped us with both a purchase and a sale of a home. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. We can't recommend her more highly!

Experiencia fantástica: Eat the chicken wings always get them cooked right.

Experiencia fantástica: This company is a family friendly place of business, where laughter is shared as often as information about how to self improve and serve the public are.

Experiencia fantástica: A company that is rapidly expanding, focused on helping buyers and sellers reach their goals in a timely and professional manner.
