Experiencia fantástica: Christina's expertise with historic homes was such an asset as we needed to sell a precious, but quirky Craftsman style cottage built in 1930 on a street with much newer homes. Her keen eye and extensive experience pointed out a dozen small repairs we needed to make while also immediately recognizing the charming aspects of the house to highlight. We followed her advice, and we had a dozen viewings scheduled within hours of listing it. We had a contract within 3 days and closing within a month. Christina connected us with a roofer and electrician to tackle some inspection items without any delay to closing. Sorry but not sorry, it was not a technology mishap, perhaps it was total careless negligence on your part. Three days passed by and you did nothing. Good bye, you are the weakeast link!
