Experiencia fantástica: We have worked with Ace multiple times over the last ten years, both buying and selling. The first home we bought, we needed to be out of a rental in a month, and Ace made it happen. When we sold that home a few years later, we were under contract in less than three days. More recently, we were in the market for a home with an ADU for multi-generational living. It took almost a year to find the perfect home, and Ace was there for every house tour (we went to one house THREE times and still didn't buy it), patiently accommodating the needs of three adults and an 8-year-old (she wanted a pool). When we were ready to buy, he navigated tricky permit and inspection issues without us ever really having to stress over anything. Our trusted insurance agent couldn't get us a quote we could afford, and Ace was able to connect us with a broker who came in at half the price other folks were quoting. Once everything was cleared, he got us to closing within 24 hours, even managing to swing by before he was presenting at a real estate panel across town. And he sold my MIL's home in the interim. In fact, he sold it so fast, we had to move her into a rental until we found a home! He's not only a great realtor but a stand-up guy, and his team is fantastic. As long as he's in business, we will never use a different realtor.
