Experiencia fantástica: I was in need of selling my townhouse and had no idea who I could trust that would make this transition smooth. So I had reached out to my Gulf Highland neighbors with a suggest for a Realtor. With in minutes Andrei Cunitin name most have repeat on my feed over 10 tens, so I knew he was the one I could count on. At the very beginning Andrei came and met with us for over an hour. He explain in detail the process and what all he can do to help us sell our house. I was happy that he did not sugar coat or give me false hope. After they took pictures and were getting ready to put my place on the market, we had a buyer. Now the first buyer did not pan out, but again Andrei assured me he was going to do everything he could to get me another buyer. Again Andrei did not disappoint, within a couple of weeks we had another buyer and within 30 days our home was sold. If I ever decided to buy again, Andrei is the very first person I will call. Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to say thank you to Andrei Cunitin! He helped us navigate the sale of our townhouse in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. We had it listed with another agent and it was on the market for 74 days with only 2 showings and zero offers. We relisted it with Andrei. Thanks to his awesome pictures, drone shots and video walkthrough presentations, we started having showings almost immediately. We had 15+ showings in the first month or so, with 3 offers during that period that lead to a multiple offer situation. The accepted offer took nearly 2 months of hard work to close due to navigating some buyer issues. These included assisting the Canadian buyer setting up new LLC's and helping with complicated appraisal and loan requirements. If you have ANY real estate needs in the Panama City Beach\30a area, I'd strongly advise you to reach out to Andrei! I don't think anyone else would have got this deal across the finish line, for VERY close to our asking price.

Andrei helped me navigate the selling of my condo back in Jan. '22. (See, I told you...overdue) I had no idea what I needed to do to get the ball rolling but after meeting Andrei I had the confidence to do it. He was an amazing asset to have as he guided me through every step of the process and made it effortless and simple for me. Truly! My house went up on the Market on a Friday and was under contract by Sunday night. We closed within 30 days and the rest is history. There were hiccups along the way as there usually are with real estate but he handled them quickly and professionally. The hiccups/mistakes made were NOT on his end of things, by the way.
