Experiencia fantástica: Ben and his wife Cherie have been very honest, easy to work with and only when asked, give their personal opinions. They want YOU to make the decision to be totally satisfied with your purchase. I have purchased and sold at least 7 properties with this couple. My parents have used them 3 times and are extremely pleased and actually earned $50K in 5 months of just owning a property and letting it sit vacant. These guys are the real deal, can answer all concerns (taxes, easements, comparable properties, H.O.A. fees, assessments coming up etc.) VERY professional and personable. Have them looking now for my next investment.
