Anytime we need maintenance services, it’s usually done within 24-48 hours. I highly recommend Costal Choice if you are looking to lease a home!

Experiencia negativa: My experience is the same as Kate who gave a one star review a week ago. I'm a very experienced renter and was disturbed to find that broker Chris is, in my rental experience, another predatory real estate broker/property manager. The give-away was his statement that he takes over hundred! plus pics before he turns over a rental property to the new renter, and wears out his camera to document "every nook and cranny" of the unit. In my experience, he's not protecting himself against damage to the property, he's looking for reasons to steal from the security deposit he takes. He's in an industry that likes to make deductions, steal, from renters for, to start with, smudges and fingerprints he can find. Every renter out there should beware: you don't have to accept his predatory lease form, the requirements inside it or, as Kate described it, the abusive language he uses to attack his critics in phone calls. Instead of doing that, and risking his broker license in the process, he should read up on what fair dealing and ethics mean. I walked away from doing business with him and recommend the same to all renters.

Experiencia negativa: They are unprofessional, they will dodge your questions and they will lie to you. 100% lie to you. They lied when the application was rejected, they lied about the deposit, because we were told one thing and later told another, they would on purpose not return our phone calls just so they wouldn’t get called on their lies. And every time they get a review that tells the true, they will call you and cuss at you

The property I leased actually sold recently and they were great working with me while I transitioned to a new warehouse space . This was very much appreciated as I had quite a lot of products and machinery that had to be moved to new location and it has taken many more months than expected . They were very understanding of my situation and accommodated me all the way to completion of the move out . I leased 2 commercial buildings from them and never had any issues regarding responding and dealing with anything that came up over a decade of renting from full sail realty . I highly recommend this team for the professionalism and expertise in their field . They also know this area very well and have always been very helpful with info and guidance with other real estate endeavors I have been involved with over past 10 years while being their Tenant . As a tenant every time I had an issue, it was handled in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions, I normally got a call within 24 hours which is expected. The current place I live is being sold and I would love a bigger place because my family is about to expand. Honestly, I hope Full Sail Realty, NW FL has something that I can use because this team treats you like family. I highly recommend that you try them for yourself. Respectfully, A very pleased tenant.

Experiencia negativa: The office manager Ashley was not only rude but also smiled in the face of tenants that she was evicting. it is very sick and disturbing to see an office manager so hateful and heartless do not rent from this company it will be the worst thing you’ve ever done. They do not fix maintenance request in a timely manner despite having multiple maintenance request. They’re lazy and just all-around a horrible company to rent from save yourself the trouble you guys.

They will do everything in their power to keep ur security deposit, refused to do anything about the copious amounts of mold, leave a standing maintenance request about water leaking in through my ceiling fan, and refused /were to lazy to put my mailboxes up for 2 WHOLE MONTHS! Not only is the official manger, Ashley, slobbish but she's also rude. Do. Not. Use. Them

Experiencia fantástica: Full sail was a fair reality company. I rented a house from them for a year, their renters portal is easy to use and they get back with you in a quick manner. They keep up on the home making sure that it's taken care of during the rental period by sending maintenance reminders. During the closure process I worked with Ashley, she did a great job addressing my questions and was accommodating during our checkout. I would recommend them based on my experience. I also attached a Panama City sunset from our rental, Full Sail gives you the best sunsets!

Experiencia negativa: She recently represented the sellers of a home we were attempting to purchase. She illegally advised them, she is not an attorney, and now we are suing the sellers. She constantly screamed at our realtor which speaks to the level of professionalism her many years in this field has. Because she did not properly disclose information about the home we wasted almost a month of the sellers time and ours and they lost the sale. I do not recommend working with Velma. She was so awful we had to have an attorney our broker realtor and her broker just to make the transaction move forward. Save yourself the headache and list your home with a real realtor.

She is knowledgeable, professional, well informed and great to work with. She kept us well informed, always spoke professionally and kindly, she understood the process well and delivered a 10 day close as promised. She is delightful, has integrity and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I would do it again in a hearbeat.

Experiencia fantástica: Literally the best real estate/property management ever. Getting into our apartment was as least stressful as I’ve ever seen. Never an issue with the staff, any time something broke, even our hv/ac, it was resolved ASAP. We always felt like their priority. We rented for a little over a year and left due to hurricane Michael but opted to leave and assuming we’d lose all the deposit and rent we paid, they returned everything. Ashley, Lynn, and Michael are all amazing people and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: We rented with Full Sail for a little over a year and had to unfortunately move due to Hurricane Michael. It was with a heavy heart we left this company. Ashley, Lynn, and Michael are the absolute best people of any realtors I have ever dealt with. When my wife, son, and I were first looking, Michael showed us an apartment that was in a perfect location and was exactly what we asked him for. They made the signing and moving process incredibly wonderful. Our son loved Ashley the entire time we spent in the office signing. Every single issue we had was fixed QUICKLY. The only issue we had was that our AC went out and the company they hired never showed up to fix it and reported they did. We contacted Ashley about the issue and she had someone there the very next day to fix it. Lynn spent the burning hot day in our attic sweating to death because he didn’t want our son to be hot in his own home. They put their tenants first. Rent from them. Buy from them. They are amazing and I will miss them greatly.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever to rent from . They take your rent but they don’t fix anything . They don’t do upkeep. They lie about everything. They set up appts and then the place you wanted is gone so they show you more expensive properties. They get mad if you don’t buy from them once your lease is up. I could go on for hours . My air was out for 8 days through a holiday where we had a house full of company , hottest days of the year , and told my husband that they tell people to go buy an air conditioner from Walmart and when we are done to take it back. That is illegal and don’t think Walmart would appreciate that . Don’t waste your time with them they are too unorganized to run a business

Experiencia negativa: The way a company interacts and handles disputes and unsatisfied customers speaks volumes to the ethical and moral compass of the company's employees. I read a response to a one star review that blasted personal information about the unsatisfied customer. That type of behavior is unprofessional and retaliatory. They have also shown retaliatory tendencies when they removed and held a piece of art knowing the personal attachment the true owner had to it.

Experiencia negativa: If you find a house, ensure to fill out the simple and short background check/information. That’s to view a house you have selected. Then by the time they complete or not complete it, the house you were looking at will have been rented out from under you. The information provided by them...different now. Staff seems either lazy or not knowing. How does a simple check that can be verified in one day (actually in 1 hour) take over a week?? Over a week and still not complete??? I can see the full background check taking a day or a few days but come on. I would look else where honestly.

Any time something would come to my attention at my rental they were on it immediately, and to be honest there weren't very many instances I had any issues due to the maintenance was always kept up. The staff members are extremely nice, Ashley and Michael were the ones to work with me with my apartment and they both were awesome along with the rest of the team! I would recommend going through Full Sail Realty for apartment rentals and for new home purchases. I plan to work with Full Sail Realty in the future on my next home!
