She recently acquired a staging business, after noticing the high cost of staging and what a giant difference it makes. She provides this service free of charge to all sellers. When it comes to buying, she WILL find you a house and get you under contract. The same cannot be said about all realtors. I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and I have unfortunately had several clients with not-so-great representation who sometimes look for years for a house and never go under contract. Or, years later they finally do, but now they are paying twice as much for a house than if they had been able to move forward in a timely manner.
