Right away she got the ball rolling and got me connected with a loan officer and explained the process to me within hours on the initial reaching out. After discussing with my husband we decided we wanted to do an addition to our home because we loved our area but our home was just too small for our growing family. We went through the process of getting the drawings done by an architect, and working with a builder, once we finally recieved the quote for the job 4 months later we decided against it. I reached back to Julie and she knew exactly who I was... 4 months after I initially reached out. We got the ball rolling so quick, she started sending us homes in our email and we just didn't like any of them at first.... then we both saw a home for sale in north Granby that we loved. We couldn't stop thinking about this home, so we told Julie we really wanted to see it, and Julie set us up with a walk through on Sunday April 27, we both fell in love with it. It checked all of our boxes... we told Julie and she immediently started on the offer, she got us connected with a loan officer and he got us approved almost instantly.
