She didn't waste my time by showing me places that did not have my needs or over my budget. She knows the surrounding areas and will point out areas of interest as you drive. (ex That's a great place to walk your dog. This restaurant has great ...) She quickly responds to any questions and can quickly take control of any issues that may arise. She recently joked that I should buy a house and I reminded her that she did such a great job the first time that I didn't need to look again.
