Experiencia fantástica: Siobhan was amazing with the sale of my home. If I could give her 10 stars I would. This is the first time I’ve sold a home and she made things incredibly effortless. Came in, provided recommendations on what to focus on prior to listing. It was then a month or two after that consult that I had the home ready. We went back through everything in the process. We listed between the Christmas and New Years holidays an even with the holidays kept in constant communication. She checked in weekly to give me updates. When it came time to discuss the offers and everything she went though everything in such detail, but also to where I could understand it all. She set up all the appointments and kept the buyers agent up to date with everything. She came in for my signing and showed up to every appointment we had. I didn’t have that when I purchased the home and used a different agent. I wish I had known her back when I was buying. Even after the house was sold, she fielded follow-up inquiries from the buyers directly on a couple things since their agent sent them directly to her. I say all of this as someone that is impossible to get ahold of and is not attached to my phone and she was extremely patient with that. I would probably be a “2 star rated client” with my lack on f communication, but she made everything work. I cannot thank Siobhan enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Like many other first time homebuyers, my partner and I started the homebuying process with a good dose of anxiety and cluelessness. We chose Cristina as our realtor because my partner’s sister and her husband highly recommended her, and had bought a house in the Gahanna area a couple months prior. Once we had our initial meeting with Cristina, we felt more at ease. Cristina was honest and realistic about how challenging the Columbus market can be. She listened to our concerns, expectations, and desires with intention. She was very welcoming and didn’t shy away from any of our questions. During our search, Cristina never pressured us in any direction. Cristina was patient and wanted us to have the opportunity to tour as many different types of homes as possible to get a feel for what our preferences were - even if we had no intention of bidding on them. My partner and I didn’t have the easiest schedules to work around, she was willing to meet us on icy and cold January weekend mornings. On the other end of the spectrum, Cristina was always willing to answer a phone call later in the evening when we had questions or anxieties. This flexibility is something that did not go unnoticed or without appreciation. After a few weeks of searching, Cristina was able to secure us an off-market home in the Gahanna area, close to our family. This is a privilege we can credit only Cristina for, considering the house at the time was owned by her clients who she had represented when they bought it a few years prior. We are constantly thankful that we did not have to get into a bidding war over our home. It has almost been 6 months since we closed and we could not be more grateful or recommend Cristina more. Despite several other realtors contacting me Cristina stuck out because she had a no pressure approach and we had a great conversation about real estate in general during her initial call. I ended up reaching back out to Cristina and listing and the place was sold in a week. She did not disappoint, she was highly motivated and made the process seamless. Experiencia fantástica: Cristina helped us sell two houses and did a great job both times. I originally met her when I was trying to sell a rental property and she brought a buyer to look. She was positive, was one of the very few agents that didn't just come in to try to sell me on using her services, and was courteous enough to follow up after the showing. After having the listing FSBO for over a month, it sold within the weekend of listing MLS...for a price MUCH higher than I expected. A few months later, selling our main home, she was extremely helpful getting everything taken care of. A few curve balls on my end complicated and delayed things with actually listing, and I'm ashamed to admit that I needed to vent and curse a lot along the way about things; Regardless, Cristina did a great job staying professional, giving me the info needed to make the sale happen, and was always quick to get back to me.
