I would highly recommend him as an agent if you are buying or selling a home. We built a home in 2021 in Powell with a plan to sell in the next few years once the market had normalized. Well, that was the plan at least. We had used a now retired family friend type realtor to help us with the purchase of that home and when we initially listed it. There was nothing wrong with our house, but you could see an AEP substation if you looked out the back.
