I'm glad I did, as she helped me navigate this crazy buyer environment in 2021 and helped me get my dream house in just a few months. She's very diligent in following up on interested properties and responded at some pretty crazy hours when I asked for some tours. I don't think she ever dropped the ball on a single property I asked about.
