Experiencia fantástica: Michelle walked my then boyfriend and I through potential houses before we landed on THE one back in 2018. She was great from day one. Responsive and knowledgeable and if she didn’t know she would always get back to us right away. When my now husband and I left overseas and had to deal with renting out our house she worked with us even with the long distance and hours between us for 4 years. No issues at all. She always worked hard and did an amazing job helping us. She always gave us good advice and tried to steer us in a direction that would essentially help and benefit us. We came back state side and moved far from Connecticut. When we decided to sell the house she helped us, she did an amazing job telling us if it was the right time, if we should wait it out, and got back to us on when it would be best to put the house back on the market after an unsuccessful attempt. She did I feel more than most would. Dealing with homeowners who are not physically near and available cannot be easy. But Michelle made it work and worked with us. Never letting us down. My husband and I were blessed to have been able to have her as our realtor for 8 years with no issues, nothing I can complain about and her always being professional and kind. We never found the need to look for a new realtor because she handled everything so well.

His wife Michelle is also a knowledgeable Realtor and assists Theo in the administrative area to include compliance, scheduling meetings and closings. Lastly, we bought our house in April and we are so fond of both of them that we still keep in touch almost 4 months later. My spouse and I have bought two different places with them and we couldn't have had better help. She will never tell you to do something that she knows it isn't the best option for you, and she might help with further actions such as looking for someone to paint, lawyers, bank officers, mortgage analysts, contractors... it seems she knows every single person related with home transactions in CT, and that's amazing!! That's why we decided to call her when we wanted to buy an investment property 5 years later: we wouldn't have done it if we didn't know her, because we were living abroad. About 6 years ago Michelle sold our house for us and helped us purchase another one which was a very complicated purchase (short sale) with an uncooperative seller's agent. She was extraordinarily thorough with all of the paperwork and details. Nothing escaped her notice (she really "crossed the t's and dotted the i's"!). She and Theo several years later both worked on the sale of our 2nd home which went very smoothly and at a better price than we hoped for. Then Michelle and Theo went above and beyond to help us find a place to rent even though they don't usually deal with rentals. They helped us with all of the arrangements including dealing with the Landlord's agent. Their guidance throughout all of these transactions made things go easily for us and saved us from making costly mistakes.
