Here’s our story: Even though we knew Jonathan as a friend, we interviewed many well known realtors from West Hartford along with Jonathan before listing our house with him. One’s house is One’s biggest asset (for most of the people) and it is hard to decide whom to trust with it. Jonathan did a great job: 1) he did his research about the area to come up with comps and I was surprised that he quickly understood all the nuance about the area even though he lived and operated in different area 2) he came up with a great listing strategy ( how much to list the house for , how much would it sell for, what day of week to list, what day will be able to accept the final offer) and executed with confidence and to perfection. This process showed us the value of his experience and confidence. 3) he used great tools not just during listing but negotiating the best offer for us such as having great pictures taken with appropriate staging suggestions, 3d tours of the house,aggressive advertisements, providing access to showing time app to manage showing time was a great help. His clauses for safeguarding us in case our house didn’t appraise to accepted offer price and clause to safeguard us in case of unseen delay in finding suitable accommodation really put us at ease during first home selling process Result : Selling process was a breeze and we closed at 60 k above asking which was a pleasant surprise even in this hot market.

He told us that he knew we had to wait at least 2 years to even be considered for a mortgage. Although we were disappointed, he got us in touch with a mortgage agent and instead of forgetting about us, he kept in touch with us and encouraging us to stay the course throughout the next couple of years and when we were finally eligible, he showed us all the houses we could get and although we were out bid in some cases he kept on working until we found the house of our dreams.
