And see our options we had. Experiencia negativa: Not straight forward if you don't have great credit then don't bother told him straight up what was going on and even toured the property. Rental history is good a few late payments but no eviction record but bad credit from school that I didn't fully recover from and he let that be the deciding factor, not the 10+ years of rental history. Wish I had known before that he would care more about credit than rental history but that's also my fault for believing him.

We were eager to get into a home pretty quickly due to my wife needing surgery within the next 30 days. We were originally told we needed a larger down payment and our credit needed to be at a 620+ higher for a different lender. About 2 weeks later, we found a home we loved and came across Tyler’s social media page. He was so friendly, met us within the next few hours. We let him know our situation and he connected us with the BEST mortgage lenders. The Brooks Kelly Team @ the Mortgage Link that Tyler recommended got us closed in 21 DAYS. Nothing but wonderful things to say about all of his recommendations. When we found our dream home, Tyler and the lenders put in our offer within 24 hours. Did I mentioned Tyler was ON VACATION in Mexico trying to work out this deal for us...A LITERAL GOAT. He helped us determine our best position to put in our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best opportunity for less money out of our pocket. In this process, Tyler truly felt so inviting like a friend through this whole process rather than a real estate agent. If I texted him a question or an update, he would often respond in 2 minutes or less, a phone call, or audio chat. Everything about this home buying process was black and white with no grey area. When you choose to work with Tyler (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) he will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, he will give you his opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow-up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered through his own personalized list of homes we couldn’t even find on the market while researching.
