Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Patty for helping the extremely fast sale of my home in the current market where average Days on Market is in the triple digits. We went from listing to completed sale with multiple offers in less than 3 weeks. Even better it was an all cash deal that worked perfectly for our 1031 exchange. We had interviewed and met with multiple realtors but decided to go with Patty because of her exceptional knowledge of the Rockwall real estate market, her strong reputation, and her vendors who were amazing. In the pre-listing, Patty helped us with deciding on paint color, flooring choices and various design choices including kitchen cabinet handles. In deciding what to price the home at for sale, Patty convinced us to shoot for higher despite my concerns. She was right and we got a higher price. In the listing period, Patty hosted four open houses within the first couple of weeks which ultimately contributed to the successful sale and receiving multiple offers. When we received multiple offers, Patty’s experience came through and coached us on what price to counter offer as well as conditions. I was concerned at the higher price Patty was countering the offers with but ultimately she was right again and we sold the home for higher than what I initially planned at the onset and the all cash offer was a bonus ontop of it. As an investor in the DFW area, I have over a dozen transactions that I’ve done with other realtors and also on my own directly with the seller and the buyer. When you see a property listed with Patty Turner, it IS NOT Patty. It is one of her inexperienced agents. Additionally, you will be FORCED to sign some kind of noncompete (Desperation in real-estate, it’s their insurance that you can not fire them if they fail at their job, which is frequent. Do not Ever sign). The Patty Turner Group has screwed over more people than I can count, Banking Heavily on her “Big Name-Keller Williams”. Her first time agents have already pulled some shady, asinine and unethical behavior in the communities where I have owned. There is absolutely no shortage of agents around here. NOT Keller Williams. I would do FSBO before hiring Patty Turners agents (unless it’s Patty Herself) before Ever using her or anyone Affiliated with Keller Williams Rockwall. Bigger name “Keller Williams”, ≠ Better service. I would strongly advise to Stay Away. So many Other Fantastic Agents.
