We talked to two different Real Estate Agents before choosing and while they were both great, we got the impression that Andrea was scrappy and creative, just what we needed to sell. We knew we had a unique property (two unit home without everything split like a proper duplex) and we were selling in a not so great market. It took a while before we got some traction but once we did and we had a buyer we were right in our decision. There was a lot of back and forth with us and the buyer and a lot of big asks. We wanted to do right by the buyer but not to our determinate. Andrea did a great job advocating for us and pulled in a contractor to get quotes on the work they were asking money for. We ended up saving a bunch! We were able to close on the house after moving to another state. Andrea was very communicative, pragmatic, and creative throughout the whole process. We learned a ton about buying and selling a house, and these are lessons well carry with us in the future. She also gave us the sweetest gift of a watercolor portrait of our house which was so special since this was the first house we had ever bought and the end of a significant chapter in our lives.

My son used Andrea when he moved to Ohio about 4yrs ago, so we contacted her when we were ready to move. We had a specific area we liked and a specific house. When we sold our house in California we saw a house we absolutely loved, so we contacted Andrea told this home just went on the market today and was doing an open house. We were sending our son and daughter-law to look at it. If they liked it we would put an offer site unseen. The first thing she said is, she would meet them there and go with them, she then FaceTimed us from the property and told us a detailed description about the place. We put the offer in that night, Andrea set us up with a lender before hand so we were prequalified, she set us up with a inspection team, carpet cleaner etc etc.. Andrea went far above her job to make sure we were taken care of.. So I will always recommend Andrea and Nest to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home in the Columbus area. Experiencia negativa: I recently tried to do business with Devin and I will not state his last name. All he kept doing was running reports on homes I wanted to see and never took me to see any. Amy was supposed to cover for him when he went in vacation and she dropped the ball as well. I missed out on a few homes because of the dragging of their feet. Also, after a few hours of Devin looking for homes online for me he gave up and immediately offered to show me rentals! All of the homes I wanted to see I found by myself and still no one scheduled any showings just reports. *Update* July 2024 I had a woman that works for this company contact me asking me again to change the rating I gave. She also said if I would change it she would send me "something of value."

Andrea Boegler came highly recommended, and I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. I'm not even a house buying expert during the pandemic, let alone before the pandemic. All of that said I can tell you home shopping during the pandemic is like nothing you've ever seen before. Basically imagine if home buying has turned into the hunger games where potential home buyers are running to the houses desperately like the young combatants to the weapons posts and you kill the other combatants by out bidding. Between gap insurance, down-payment and loan the highest bid takes all. That means you need a loan officer that you can depend on to provide solid numbers quickly and a team of realtors that will draw up an offer that'll get you into your home you want.
