My son was ready to buy his first house (very scary) and Tim was absolutely helpful and patient with us – noting my son and I did not agree on a few things AND this was a tough market for buyers. We had a different realtor before Tim and although they were kind, my son and I were worried that we would end up settling on something we’d regret (again, very scary). However, our hopes jumped up when we met with Tim (highly recommended by a family member). Even though houses were being bought up quickly, Tim was great at finding homes AND setting up showings. He was flexible with his time and somehow understood what both my son and I were looking for (that’s talent). Tim is knowledgeable about houses and is very honest about what he sees. My son and I were confident Tim was looking out for us and cared to find the RIGHT home – AND HE DID! We worked on an offer and it was excepted. Now wait, Tim was even great answering questions throughout the closing process. He stuck with us the whole way through and continued to be kind, patient (we ask a lot of questions) and informative. I am very happy Tim was recommended to us and I will absolutely recommend him to others. I’m glad I know a Great realtor because buying property is a big responsibly so you want to do things right and it starts with a GREAT realtor – I say “Contact Tim, you should know him.” (I know, cheesy but true).

Experiencia fantástica: It is difficult to put into words how fantastic Tim is at his job, but I am going to give it a shot. Bless this man for his patience with my wife and I. I lost track of how many different places we looked at over the course of a year; or probably longer. We had lofty goals for Tim to meet with a specific area in mind alongside the necessity for a 3-car garage; which were not very prevalent in our price range. It was, however, well worth the wait for Tim to deliver exactly what we were looking for. We looked at so many different places partly due to how much knowledge Tim has regarding spotting things that just aren't right; especially on recent remodels. I am 110% certain he helped us avoid some *serious* headaches by steering us away from shoddy remodels that were intended to be flipped to turn a healthy profit. Over the long haul of us searching for a new home, Tim also handled selling the condo we were residing in at the time. Tim and his associates were able to make the anxiety inducing thought of selling and buying on the same day as smooth as butter. Everything went off without a hitch. Tim is *never* pushy. It became quite clear that his primary goal is to ensure you are happy with a very important, very expensive, purchase. He asks questions that get you thinking about what your 'must haves' are, and what features/amenities/etc you may want to consider being more flexible on. Generally speaking, you usually end up having to make tough decisions on where you may need to make some compromises...and he will help you get through all of that in an extremely informative and professional manner. If we ever move out of our place, the first phone call will be to Tim without a doubt. I recommend him every time the opportunity arises. If you are reading this post, do yourself a favor right now and call, text, e-mail or send up smoke signals to get in touch with this man as you absolutely will not regret it. P.S. Tim, I think you should change your last name to something more extravagant than 'good', as it is honestly an injustice to the level of service you provide.

They had multiple HOA's that were underwater, no parking close houses and he was able to get us a fair price for our property. He kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on and what people were saying. He also went to numerous properties with us trying to find something we would like. He sent us lists and when I sent him some he researched them so we wouldn't have to. Two years later we decided to purchase another house and again we saw lots of them. We put a contract in on one and was outbid. The seller came back with a sketchy proposal and Tim discussed it with us and together we decided that it was not right and passed on that property. We expanded our thinking, found a place and Tim set us up with a mortgage lender that was able to understand our financial needs and get us the right mortgage.
