Experiencia negativa: Not making the keys to the house listed for sale available on time (Rick and his associates listed the house for sale without first setting the lockbox...) was just a minor mishandling of the situation. The big one was when Rick asked me for one extra percent of commission when the offers started to roll in (I received more than 10 offers in 24 hours after the house was listed) if I wanted to sell the house for higher than expected price, and if I wanted to make sure that he works extra hard on the sale. When I said no, he said he had to try because he had children he had to feed. It was a blow! I’m sure that it’s not only unethical but also not allowed in this profession to be asking for a bribe. I will never return as a client to work with Rick.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want someone to stay on top of what’s happening in the market, Ricks team is the best. I received a call every Tuesday to update me on activity of my listing. I forgot the name of the lady who followed up with me every Tuesday (my apologies). The staff is professional and courteous, I Would strongly suggest this team. Thank you guys! Sean K

Experiencia positiva: My experience with Rick, Cyierra, and Annie at the Pulciani Group has been very enjoyable. They are polite and kind and we're very knowledgable and informed. We closed on our home within 50 days of listing with them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we hired Rick Pulciani on his guarantee that he would have our home under contract at full asking price within 30 days of listing with him. So we were a bit disappointed that after 2 weeks on the market he suggested a significant price decrease. We ultimately did lower our asking price, though not as low as he initially suggested, and received an offer within about a week. Even though we did not get the price we wanted, Rick made good on his promise to sell our house quickly, which was our top priority. I would certainly recommend the Pulciani Group to anyone looking to list their home for a quick sale.

When my lawyer didn't have an answer the Pulciani team always did. They even got our grass cut when no one could find anyone to do it.

Experiencia negativa: I found this company to lack important communication. They had committed to communicate weekly with me and never did in the time I was listed. I didn't even know who was supposed to call me, but I never heard from my agent the entire time listed. In addition, they were supposed to send me listings but did not have my correct criteria listed so I hardly received anything. I called and asked to fix it and it wasn't fixed. I would not recommend them, I just can't.
