Erika has done a great job of advertising our homes because our homes have gone under contract within a few days of being on the market. Then the checklist to sell our home is exactly as Erika explained to us, it is easy to follow along with what will happen on each date deadline. Erika has come to the house prior to placing the house on the market to give recommendation on how to present our homes for a smooth and quick sell. Our last house we sold Erika was able to work with us and other Realtors for the showings because we worked during the day and have animals to work around for the showing. She was not encouraging when I told her what I hoped to get, so she recommended a pre-listing assessment which came back far higher than my expectations and quite surprising to her. However she went with it full steam and did her usual MARVELOUS job of marketing the house. Her photographer and virtual staging made the house look absolutely wonderful, and it sold for full asking price in 3 days. We had moved across the country prior to putting this house on the market, but throughout the process she kept us very informed and was transparent and encouraging. In addition to her expertise selling this house, she helped us find an excellent realtor on the other side of the country! 10/10, strongly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: The realtor from this company said the house was "move in ready". Two windows in the front fell out when they were opened. There was a problem with the heating. Siding damage. Roof damage. The house needed at least $5,000 worth of work if not more, before anybody could move in. Inspector estimated about $20,000 worth of work. I would have not wasted my time with it and paid an inspector had I known that it was not move in ready.
