When my husband and I decided to start the process of buying, we felt a little intimidated at the enormity of the ordeal. We worried if we were asking for too much in our house "wishlist" with our budget, worried that we were in way over our heads, and not to mention the handful of other questions or uncertainties we had -- it felt like a huge step and we were a bit nervous to say the least. Deanna was so reassuring and informative and we truly felt like she was being genuine and honest with us. She was very down to earth and we would chat and make jokes, it felt like talking to a friend or family member in a way. On our first meeting she took time out of a Sunday afternoon and answered all of our questions and not once did we feel rushed or pressured or confused. She was awesome!
