She scores high on all of the key skills you want in a realtor: excellent communication skills, highly responsive, listens well, understands what the seller/buyer wants, has high quality resources ready when needed (handyman, mortgage broker, lawyer, and cleaners). Further, she has a positive and cheerful attitude, but has no problem conveying difficult news if that is the reality of the situation. Lastly, she is prepared to do what is necessary to get the deal done; in our case, she loaded her car with our belongings that would not fit in the moving van and took them to the new home. She could only have been better if she had a buyer ready to make an offer that first weekend our listing went live.
