Chuck Ganzermiller came to my home and broke down exactly how they’d be getting my home ready to sell and getting the best offer they possibly could. The Reynolds team puts an incredible amount of research and effort into meeting your goals as a seller and I will be using them every time I sell a home in an area they operate! Chuck was incredibly helpful and devoted to the sale of my home. He made it a point to keep me updated 24/7, even when I was working odd hours and needed to talk on nights or weekends. He took it upon himself to bring his son to my yard to do some lawn care before showing, he contacted the city to ensure that the trash collection points in the area were clean before showing, and he even had my house pressure washed before showing. Just 4 days after putting my house on the market I had 6 offers on my home and I ended up getting $20,000 over asking price. I can’t say enough great things about Chuck and the Reynolds Team. I will be using them again any chance I get!
