A realtor who I had worked with previously cancelled the morning of the day we were supposed to look at this particular open house and tour the neighborhood. Experiencia fantástica: We held an open house for realtors when we began the selling process for our home located in Four Seasons 55+ community. Sent out close to 55 individual invitations for a Friday afternoon wine and cheese event. Many responded that they wanted us to list our home with them. We told them if they were interested, please come to the event. We held it from 2 - 4:30 pm. One realtor showed up. - Elissa Campbell. She showed us her marketing plan tailored to the 55+ market. She never sold a home in that market but had a plan. We gambled and took a chance giving her 60 days to sell our home. We were blown away with her work effort! What a dynamo from Boston!! She was very social media savvy and marketed all over the NE US and locally. She geo-fenced, networked, and conducted many open houses. She had major challenges with the builder (Khov) limiting her marketing efforts and only having a market that consisted of seniors. It was challenging but she persisted. Within 60 days, the house sold with a net gain of $30k over 2 years! We found SC realtors to be generally lazy at worse or extremely laid back (to be kind) at best. Not Elissa. She is not afraid to work hard for you. Her fabulous husband Kevin was a good assist. We highly recommend Elissa. She has a fabulous personality is a stylish dresser and a true friend. We love her!!
