Cory was very personable and knowledgeable about Lake Forest and the surrounding areas. We used Cory to buy our home in Lake Forest and again to sell our condo in the city. The process couldn’t have been easier thanks to Cory. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a home on the North Shore.

Experiencia negativa: Cory was awful, however he is very good at masking his intention. Be very careful and make sure you understand the expense of doing business with him. He will tell you how well he works with every agent that has a house your interested in. Com to find out he barely even knew the listing agent. He will put his commission first on the priority list. He will show you homes listed at 5,050 square feet when they’re actually 3,800 square feet. Then try to justify as why it’s not his fault while providing comps for 5,000 square foot homes. A good realtor should know the difference between 3,800 and 5,051 especially when Cory lives in a 3,300 square foot home. Just be careful, I’ve been in sales for a long time and built my business by helping people first. Cory doesn’t necessary agree. Cory went on to register me with other relators without my consent. Even after making it clear that he would not be representing me. I would not use Cory. I would be skeptical of any home he shows or lists. Lastly, he will manipulate and waste your time.

However, the process was fluid thanks to Cory Green who went above and beyond by doing a FaceTime walk-through with the seller.
