So we tried to sell it by owner on Zillow. The is was a complete waste of time. Then along comes Olga. She made us believe in her. Before we signed we researched her stats and previous sales and thought we would give her a chance. Her photographer took excellent photos including a cool 3D tour and mind blowing drone photos. With these photos and an excellent description of our condo, we were inundated with showings and offers! Olga made sure everything was taken care of from listing to closing. Experiencia negativa: Would NOT recommend. 0 stars if possible. Horrible at responding, no proper communication whatsoever. Completely left in the dark and incredibly lengthy process to get anything done. Would never work with her or her team even if it was offered to me for FREE. She does not care about her clients, only wants their money. Makes sense why people pursue other realtors.

Experiencia negativa: We did not have a good experience with Olga, she was helping me sell my mobile home. In the beginning she was great, got back in a timely matter, answered questions and returned phone call. We had some open houses, she sent some a couple of messages with some potential buyers and said she would follow up. I was expecting a phone call or even a text to see what they said and there would be days that she would not communicate. On one occasion for an open house she text me asking if i could cover for her because she had a family even to attend? I thought that was very unprofessional on her part. On another occasion she asked if I could contact the lender as well as the buyer's agent because she could not, again not professional on her end. There were other incidents as well that we were very unhappy with. In the middle and towards the end she had little to no communication from her end. People had to contact me for questions or concerns that I didn't think I had to answer, after all she was our agent. I understand that my mobile home does not come close to her bigger payouts that she receives so therefore i do feel like she really didn't care about my home. I even spoke to someone who said she mentioned to them she sells million-dollar homes-that is great for her and I'm glad that she is striving. Overall, my husband and I were thankful we didn't have to work with her anyone. If I could give her commission check to a charity I would have.
Sorry that you felt this way . I had worked very hard . It’s not easy to sell Mobil home that required 700 credit score from Assosiation. A lot of people with high credit score prefer to live everywhere but not mobile home.
