Anna called the listing agent every day to see if the current contract was still moving forward and a few weeks later we get a call from Anna saying her persistence and our patience has paid off and that the home we wanted was going to be ours! Experiencia fantástica: When I knew I was going to be able to afford to purchase my own home, I called Anna. She advised me to consider a budget, location and a list of “musts”. So I sat down and compiled a wish list. My list sounded unachievable but it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath split plan, sidewalks, a community feel, a pool, close to the beach, an end unit villa with a view and had to have a washer and dryer. Anna asked questions about what and why each item was important, off we went. Believe me when I say, she took me to places that met most of my musts. By the days end, she found me my home (minus the washer and dryer). She advised me of all the fine details of the closing, no stupid question went unanswered. She then lined me up with an electrician and plumber to achieve the installation of the washer and dryer. The closing went smoothly, she and her support crew took care of that. I now live in my own home, thanks to Anna.
