Experiencia positiva: Very clean and quiet office building. Parking is OK most of the days. AC works 90% of the time. Pretty safe vis-a-vis receiving packages. All good so far. Now, the bad ... Zack's willingness to "service" the tenants seems to be underwhelming. Example: I was expecting an important package and asked Zack to (ONCE!) come by my office to see if this package was sitting by my door. He blew me off! Never asked again for anything and a couple of months later moved out. Received my deposit back months later - after complaining to the corporate. Also ... networking with other tenants was a drag: everyone stays in their little offices ... and pretty much wants to be left alone. My kids call this building a "sleepy castle." The area around is pretty much "dead" as well - although I see Largo is trying to "revive" its downtown. Possibly, in a couple of years, things will get busier.

Experiencia positiva: It's not bad. I liked my lil space and it served my needs and purpose. Loved having Publix right next door and the kitchen was in close reach so that was nice too. A/C was good during the week, but if you had to work late evening or weekends I believe they turned it up or even off; I had to work a Saturday once and was sweating, so that was awkward and uncomfortable. Building is older and definitely in need of an overhaul in some areas (the bathrooms on first floor down the hallway look like they came straight from a high school in the 70s, and the main bathroom was either always nasty or backing up and could have benefited from some cleaners and air freshener). Coffee service on fourth floor (should also have been on the first since water, coffee and tea are advertised amenities). Initially trash wasn't taken out of my room, but that finally changed thankfully. Not a bad lil office and the 24/7 access was great. But now for the "bad" part: MANY questionable characters outside (I have seen more than one drug deal in the parking lot at the far end near the bank), I almost stepped on one fellow passed out in the grass next to the ATM on the building, and the biggest negative for this place: PAPER thin walls. I could hear EVERYONE around me and I imagine they could hear me as well. I knew people's names in offices across the hall, what line of work they were in, their company names, client names and even some info as to how files were being handled. For those who need confidentiality, this may be awkward (I met someone who worked overnight and who DEFINITELY required privacy for her line of work; being overheard would have been a violation of many protocols to say the least). that, for me, is a big issue, especially 212for the kind of prices they ask for these units. Overall, you could do worse, but if you don't want to hear Joe across the hall reconciling his client's account, you may need to look elsewhere. If that's not an issue or you're working odd hours, this may be a good solution.

Experiencia negativa: Parking is a horrible problem

Experiencia negativa: The only saving grace for this place is the receptionist Zach. He is extremely professional and polite and has been for the entire time I have been there. Definitely an asset. The office staff on the other hand are horribly incompetent. I have spent months waiting to get access just to pay online, all the while getting late notice emails. It should also be noted that I have been paying in person for the entire time. I tried reaching out numerous times, yet heard nothing back and when told about this I was given excuses and justifications while also being talked down to in an extremely condescending tone. There are FAR better and more professional places to go and cheaper. Office space is a plentiful in Pinellas right now don't subject yourself to this place and their attitude.
