Experiencia fantástica: Going into our home buying experience, we did not have a realtor but were very lucky to meet Jessica at our first house we looked at. She was very helpful and informative. She went into great details when looking and was honest about what she thought about a house and how well it would work for us. She set up a good search for any new listings in the cities we were looking at and was very active in getting a showing scheduled and making times work with us and our schedules. Even when she was unavailable, she would have one of her colleagues meet with us for a house and they were just as helpful. It is a tough market out there, but in the end we ended up with a nice newer home with her help and determination. If there is anyone that asks about a realtor, she will be the first one I will recommend in the future to any friends of mine.

We live 200 miles from the Cleveland area. So, this is a long distance house hunt. We looked at some of the houses through a smart phone app. It's a tough market out there and you have to be quick and smart. Rosanne is both. She made herself available pretty much any day of the week. So, when a new house came on the market we liked, she would quickly make an appointment that fit our schedule. When we did find a house, she helped by keeping the process and paperwork moving with the title company and the bank all the way to closing, and then finally we were provided with a list of utilities to contact (water, trash, gas, & electric).
