Experiencia negativa: Good luck getting ahold of them for maintainance. Lets start, Why is the fee for online payments $35? No inspection done the the property beforehand, more code violations and hazards than pros on the list. My ceiling collapsed the second day into the home multiple spots of discoloration found only one was found leaking. Neighbors refused to meet us / answer door. Waited days while pee dripped on my 75" TV and floor actually broke my lamp knocking it over $150.. The driveway is too crowded to even park thanks to my neighbors living in HALF THE SIZE UNIT upstairs let alone all the fallen trees and hanging broken branches. $2400 in damage to my new car, so I can give up a deductible and nothing be done about it. None of the shelves hung right, outlets literally blown out or no power to them. Missing keys hindered moving in for a week and a half, informed never fixed worked around. For over $3000 our first month here this has got to be the worst experience moving ive had and this is my 6th time this decade. NEVER again will we be renting from kw. Your homes are flips and overpriced for profit who figured right? The problem is the nice ones have deeper issues. Plumbing, foundation, electrical, neighborhood, etc. I feel bamboozled. When your tenants come first I'll change my review. We work to hard for our money, there's no excuse for the negligence. If the house isn't ready don't put it on the market.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend renting from Keller Williams Citywide to anyone. I was a resident in one of their rental properties, and truly all these people care about is making money. The first time I took a shower, the water soaked through the floor and all over the kitchen. The only answer after repairs were made was "just make sure the shower curtains are pulled close so no water gets out". And there had already been evidence of repair to the ceiling prior - and this happened twice while I lived in the home. On top of that - don't expect your deposit back. The $20 I received back on a $1500 was due to the basement needing to be cleaned out of "what was left in the home" and another $800 in "yard clean up"- which I know for a FACT the basement was spotless, everything that was there was there when I moved in. I requested itemized details on what contents were left in the basement so I could disprove the contents were not mine, along with the itemized details of the yard work to justify keeping $1400 - my requests via phone call and e-mail went unanswered. They only care about making a buck.

Experiencia negativa: Karen Jones was our agent years ago. Lead us on with misinformation and then when she moved us in, wound up ghosting us when we discovered the lie she told us. We spent days trying to get through to her and she never answered our calls. Ever. Not once. Mary Burns ended up dealing with us but did the same thing too with dodging calls. We moved from another state and depended on Karen and this company and when we wanted to get out of our lease due to the lie they used against us, they never gave us our money back. They stole from us and I'll never ever do any business with this crooked company. Karen never owned up to her shady act, nor did Mary, nor Keller Williams as a whole. The apartment tenants who were were by all said the same thing. That all who lived there had massive issues with Karen/Mary/Keller Williams as a whole and never received any help for serious issues. They said they were glad we found a different place that actually cared. I can't stress enough that this event in me and my partners life caused us PTSD. Truly. It's still a massive scar to this day. Its sad that because of this country, there's no way we could've sued because Keller has money for years to spend. Maybe there's another universe where crooks like them actually face the music. One can dream...

Experiencia negativa: Read your lease with a magnifying glass before signing. "Pet Deposit" and "Luxury Vinyl Plank" apparently have multiple, varied definitions. And what can I say about Karen that hasn't already been said?

Experiencia negativa: Overpriced sub par rental. Anytime one of their old crappy appliances broke we got charged. Old appliances, horrible paint job, musty wet basement. Expect the tenants to clean the gutters which is absolutely laughable. These people do NOT care about their tenants one bit. We left the apartment in beautiful squeaky clean condition after 2 years of living there (after 2 years most things are considered normal wear and tear) and they are trying to keep over half of our deposit. Karma will hopefully catch up to these awful people. The best part is they actually asked us to leave them a review!l No problem ladies. Unfortunately one star is too generous. From reading the other reviews I can see many others have had similar experiences. EDIT: it has been nearly two months since I’ve moved and I have no yet received my deposit refund

Experiencia negativa: Renting nowadays is stressful as it is, but this business makes it downright a nightmare. If I could give this company a 0 I would. Do NOT do business with this company, even if you are desperate for a home. The communication with the leasing agent Karen Jones is horrific, and barely got a response when we needed her. She lied about multiple things with the property we rented. There were so many issues on the inside such as window screens with holes, light bulbs that didn’t work, messed up windows they had looking pretty at the viewing but once we moved in we found issues with them, etc. All was supposed to be fixed before we moved in, never was. All was reported to Karen, no response. They had the audacity to take from our deposit to fix all the issues they had us move in with, even with sending pictures of everything we found once we moved in and through out the duration of our stay. There was also an active wasps nest that was NEVER taken care of, despite reaching out multiple times. The list goes on, and the way I see it we got bamboozled. If you’re thinking about doing business with this company, save yourself the stress, trouble, & money and just find somewhere else to rent.

Bill Landers was truly professional at helping us look for a home for a friend that lost their house in the Palisades fires in California. Bill was attentive and the communication was almost instantaneous every time. Trust and integrity is such a big part of searching for the right home we truly felt that our agent had our best interest at Heart and would never steer us wrong. I suggest taking away the worry of finding a trustworthy advocate for your homebuying you can't go wrong with Bill!!

Experiencia negativa: Do not go through a Keller Williams they have all types of properties listed but most of them are through other companies they make you pay for an application and say it’s first come first serve but it’s not the agent Karen Jones is not specific and replies all the way until you fill out the application then tell you it’s a pick and choose from the owner so your wasting money if they feel like someone is a better fit even though you qualify DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Experiencia negativa: The main office is nice enough, but they share their name with the property management company, yet are totally impotent to address issues with that side of the company. The property managers themselves have engaged in deceit to get renters for the property, abuse the online system tenant portal both to harass the renter and to straight up delete maintenance requests and leave no receipt the request was ever made. I wish my experience on no one else. Don’t trust them and consult an attorney regarding your rights as a tenant. Edit. Other reviews also name her, so calling you out Karen Jones! I’m not the only one calling you an outright liar!

If you are going to use their services be sure to document and take pictures of everything, as they do not even offer an in person walk-through of the unit upon departure.

Experiencia negativa: Karen Jones and her team are completely unethical, untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs if you can. If you must go forward with them, here are a few things to be aware of: 1. She will increase your rent based on your income. I was paying $250/month more than my duplex neighbor with the exact same space. She's not to open to conversation on rent increases and I was told she'd just rent it out at a higher price if I left. 2. Be prepared for frequent maintenance issues and waiting to have them fixed. Brace yourself for responses like "yes, I know there is a hose leaking water to create a pool in the basement. It will dry." 3. Fight back on the lease language. When I asked for the garage door opener to be fixed and said it was in the lease, I was told "this is just a standard document, it doesn't mean you get a working garage door".... umm.. ? 3a. My lease also stated, if I didn't resign, I would go month to month at an additional $100/ month. When it came time, she told me the lease was no longer valid so she could charge whatever she wanted. 4. You won't get your security deposit back. I hired a cleaning person and still got charged $165 for cleaning services in addition to a list of invalid claims. If you must go forward with them, document every single conversation. Question everything on the lease and document these conversations as well. Take pictures, videos etc of every crevice of your place both move in and out because you will get charged if you don't.

Experiencia fantástica: I sold my Lakewood home 2 years ago and bought a home in Westlake with the services of Tom Kelly. He was knowledgeable, professional and responsive throughout both sales. I recently had concerns about a warrantied repair that had been done prior to my purchasing the Westlake home but was having trouble contacting the company who did the repair. I contacted Tom and he returned my call promptly, found our original warranty within minutes of getting on the phone with him and he proceeded to place a three way conference call for us with the contractor. I scheduled an appointment and my problem was solved and fears calmed. This is the type of above and beyond service you hope to find but hardly ever do! Thank You Tom Kelly! I don't plan to move again anytime soon, but I will highly recommend you to anyone I know who needs realtor services.

I’ve received counseling to help myself deal with the pain and suffering they put me through. They stole around $3 grand. Never apologized for their mistakes. Never held themselves accountable for their actions. Never ever made it right. At the end of the day, they got to go home and wipe their hands from all this like it’s any other day.

Experiencia negativa: Agent Karen Jones was Very unhelpful and unconcerned with my family. We checked out a view rentals with her and during this process she was very responsive and eager to have us apply. So eager I assume they make commission off of getting applications. My husband and I finally decided to submit an app same day, $98 total for applications!! JUST TO GET DENIED. Mind you I had to text her earlier in the day to check our status no response so I emailed later after she finally answered and said they decided to go with another application. She asked how soom we needed a place, I am 38 weeks pregnant bery noticeably and said 1 week, but didn't put any effort to help. CARELESS, GREED. I asked why did we get denied and she responded again with we decided to go with another applicant. Well thanks for nothing!! Such a monopoly of a company. Catering to caucasians. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed in my experience with the coordination of trying to rent a property with Keller Williams Citywide. Information was not conveyed in a consistent manner. I found I had to be the initiator w/ communication. We have not only decided not to use this area of Keller Williams but will pursue purchasing a Condo instead. I understand that the market is ripe for realty companies so they may not miss our business but every potential renter and or buyer should be made to feel that they want to earn our business. That did not happen.

I did NOT want to give this company one star, very TERRIBLE service, did not submit to the contract that they were obligated to; I will be contacting the BBB as well as filing a complaint against this company for their TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Wasted 90 days with this company and still has not closed the deal because of the incompetence, rude and unprofessional behavior of this agent Elyse Nedrow.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid Elyse Nedrow. If you look at the five-star reviews, the majority of them actually work there. Meaning the average rating they have isn't from satisfied customers. It also appears that when a bad review comes up, they have their agents post good ones to cover them up. I had the liberty of talking to Elyse Nedrow. She is very rude and just a liar. She posted an apartment listing on Apartments.com and because she received a lot of inquiries from multiple possible tenant she decided it was best to ignore everyone. An email she sent out literally said, "Due to the high level of inquiries, I am unable to respond individually to phone calls, texts, emails." If responding to individual possible tenants and applicants isn't your job, then what is? I tried emailing, calling, and texting her multiple times asking for more information about the apartment. She decided to only respond when the apartment listing was taken down. The open house was scheduled on Saturday, but she replied to me on Friday letting me know that the owner has accepted an applicant. How the hell was an applicant accepted before anyone viewed the apartment? She made me submit an application and pay a fee for an apartment she took down. She is overall very rude and not pleasant to talk to. Also, if you email them, they will save your email and continue to spam your inbox with new apartment listings.

Experiencia negativa: By far the worst place I have ever worked. A newly licensed agent in 2014, I trusted there "Mentor" to teach me the biz. We were supposed to split our deals 50/50, but after I got my first listing he told me he's taking 75%. What followed were 7 wasted months of teaching me absolutely nothing useful, not making a cent, working many overpriced near expiration Open Houses and short weekly meetings where he told me basically that this business is not worth being in. The clueless, lazy broker and team leader then sent my license back to the state. The following year, I joined the other Keller Williams in town (Greater Cleveland). I learned plenty of current & useful aspects of the business from my team leader and closed 15 deals! Unfortunately, after all the team leader and broker commission cuts (which is a $60K avg income) I only made $8500 the Whole Year on My 15 Sales (below the Federal Poverty level). I do like many aspects of Keller Williams overall, however there needs to be acknowledgement that most people working there starve and there is dangerously bad and useless "mentors" and shady agents that will be glad to guide you to failure.

Experiencia negativa: Personally, my "Dream Team" experience has been a nightmare. Selling a property, I do not feel at all that our realtor from this agency (the owner) represented our interests whatsoever. The first representative was a fly-by-night thief who cost us a sale because he lost the disclosure papers. He was eventually let go and our listing went to the owner. Zero fiduciary responsibility toward us, poor communication, no guidance or explanation about the terms of the contract, but a big advocate for the buyers. Uses the term "good faith" frequently, but I don't think they have a clue what that is. Wasn't willing to sacrifice a dime of commission to help close the deal. Never even received an apology for the abhorenly bad service. Wish I could give negative stars.
