Experiencia fantástica: After having lived in Columbia for 3 years, a family friend (who is also a realtor, but not in MD) helped me find Ellie after contacting many realtors in my area. Ellie helped me buy a home in Jessup, MD (just right outside the Columbia town limits (no HOA!)). She had an extensive knowledge of Howard County and we looked at homes in Columbia, Elkridge, Jessup, and even one out in Clarksville. She was able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, and was extremely responsive to booking showings at multiple locations within the week of my request as my schedule allowed. I was really picky, especially on basements (where usually MRIS has no photos) and she showed no signs of frustration over the multi-month process. She also had a real eye for sensing possible issues and/or relative value of a house as we looked at it. Her and her team were also really good when it came to putting in offers, doing the paperwork, and being there for the home inspection/closing. Also, being a first time homebuyer, she was really good at answering questions that I had along the way in regards to the administrative stuff. Experiencia fantástica: What impressed me the most about working with Ellie was her "whole team" approach. Buying a house is already enough work, especially on top of a job, a commute and a family. The last thing I needed was to spend a bunch of additional time finding all the associated professionals you need to complete the transaction. Ellie provided everyone we needed - lender, inspector, title company, home warranty company - everyone. Each was top notch, did a great job and helped us get to where we need to go.
