Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Experiencia fantástica: When changes in my life forced me to find a home to rent fortunately Catonsville Properties had a rental property available. The application process was easy. The viewing if the house happened very quickly. Keith, who showed me the property is professional, courteous, & frankly, a very nice person. Since moving in a little over 6 months ago, the few maintenance requests I have submitted through the tenant online portal have been acknowledged almost immediately by Jesse. Then Jesse has the contractor doing the maintenance request call me to schedule the repair within hours. I like that there is no middle man when problems arise!! I could not ask for a better property management company!! Catonsville Properties, I thank you for the excellent service provided!

The place we moved into is a pretty old home that I believe had not been lived in for a while so there were a few issues to address that could only have been noticed by someone living in the space. We notified Keith and all of our inquiries were dealt with very promptly and the work was well done. Ultimately, for me, the ideal rental situation is having issues promptly addressed while having your privacy respected, and that has definietly been the case so far! Our experience has been nothing but positive with cville, not to mention we love the property!

It’s super easy to log in each month to pay rent, or put on auto pay if you would rather do that. The app is super easy to navigate. It has been a way better experience than the property managers I’ve dealt with in my past.
